Sunday “unboxing” of the first batch of freshly printed copies of my new book “Between You and AI: Unlock the Power of Human Skills to Thrive in an AI-Driven World”, published by Wiley — and honestly, the feeling is hard to describe.
What an incredible 10 months it’s been — from the moment Leah Zarra first emailed me, when this was just an idea, to now holding it in my hands with several corporate orders already locked in. (PS: it’s almost the end of the year — if you’re still unsure what gift to give your team, ping me!)
It’s not my first book — I’ve published three others in Portuguese, with my first already hitting the local bestsellers list — but this one feels special. It marks a new chapter, almost a fresh re-start in the U.S., where I moved 4 years ago. A book was long overdue, but, you know… life happened: lots of travel for keynotes, family, and everything in between.
Now is the moment — and there’s truly no better time. With AI adoption accelerating, everyone is asking themselves, “What AI does best — and what should I, as a human, do better now?”
This book is my answer.
