Hi guys. Welcome to this channel.

I am not a chef and cannot bake very well and usually do not have everything that I need to cook with. Most of my cooking days are first spent with me rummaging through my kitchen cupboards to find the correct utensil and most often that not, my meals do not look like the pictures in the books. My daughter however loves my cooking – she is an angel :) On her recommendation, I decided to share the recipes that were handed down from my mom and some that I picked up over the years that, to me, are not too difficult to make. Quick and Easy recipes are a compilation of these meals that you can make on a budget. They might not be gourmet, but to my angel they are delicious.
