I'm done living for other people's expectations.
From now on, I'm going to live my life my own way.

No more seeking validation. No more shrinking myself to fit someone else's standards. No more fear of judgment.

I'll live by my own beliefs, make my own choices, and walk my own path.

Think I'm selfish? That's your opinion. I know who I am, and I know what's best for my life, my happiness, and my future.

At the end of the day, my peace, growth, and happiness come first. I'm no longer carrying the weight of other people's expectations or allowing their opinions to define me.

💌 : I discovered BTS in 2020 and became an ARMY in late 2021. So when BTS announced their mandatory military service, the only thing on my mind was, "𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘶𝘯𝘭𝘶𝘤𝘬𝘺 𝘢𝘮 𝘐?"

I had just started stanning them, and suddenly they were going on hiatus. I literally cried when the announcement came out. At that moment, I felt like the unluckiest person ever.

Back then, I was still a new ARMY. I didn't fully understand BTS's bond with each other, their love for ARMY, or how much being BTS meant to them. Because of that, I genuinely thought there was a chance they might disband after military service.

But thanks to a few ARMYs and all those videos, edits, and memories shared by the fandom, I slowly got to know BTS on a much deeper level. I learned about their journey, their promises, their struggles, and the incredible love they have for each other and for ARMY.

During these three years of enlistment, so many things happened—not just with BTS, but in my own life as well. There were conflicts, doubts, difficult moments, and times when everything felt uncertain. Yet through all of it, one thing never changed: my love for BTS.

And now... it actually happened.

𝗕𝗧𝗦 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸

Even saying those words still feels unreal. It honestly feels like a dream I've been waiting years to wake up to.

𝗪𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆𝘀!!

I still remember crying when each member was discharged. Every discharge felt like a step closer to this moment, a reminder that the wait was finally coming to an end.

Looking back, it's crazy to think that the hiatus I once feared so much became a chapter that made me love BTS even more.

I love BTS so, so, so much. And I genuinely don't think I'll ever stop loving them.

BTS isn't just an artist I listen to. They are my comfort, my safe place, my home. They have been with me through some of the most important years of my life, and for that, I'll always be grateful.
