Welcome to my YouTube channel!
Here, you'll find step-by-step tutorials on building real-world solutions with AI. From AI agents and automation workflows to vibe coding and agentic coding, I cover it all - using both code and no-code tools like n8n, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and more.
Whether you're a vibe coder building your first app with AI, or a developer integrating agents into your workflow, there's something here for you. I focus on practical, hands-on tutorials that you can follow along with and implement right away.
New videos every week - thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoy the content!

This is how to run agents 24/7 to continuously improve my apps - from adding new features to fixing bugs. I simply review the PRs and merge the changes I approve.

It finally arrived in the mail 🥹
Holding this 100,000 subscriber award is honestly such a special moment. Thank you again to everyone who has supported the channel throughout the years - whether you’ve watched one video, left a comment, shared a tutorial, joined the community, or been here from the early days.
I’m incredibly grateful for all of you.
To celebrate the milestone, I already published a special 100K video where I take you behind the scenes and show how I create my content - from planning and recording to editing and using AI in my workflow.
You can watch it here:

I find GPT5.5 to be cheaper and faster than Opus 4.8, and the results are incredible.

Everyone says local models are useless for real coding. They're not. The problem is the harness, not the model.
Claude Code loads 20,000 to 30,000 tokens into the context window before you type a single word, which instantly pushes a small local model into the dumb zone.
The fix is a lean harness. In this one I set up the Pi coding agent with Ollama.

Built the full walkthrough on PewDiePie's Odysseus: your own private ChatGPT, self-hosted, own your data, any model.
Felix, there better be a Happy Wheels or Amnesia easter egg in here.

We literally only need 60 more subscribers to hit 100k! 😅
I have a special "behind the scenes" video ready publish as soon as we reach that goal.
Please subscribe if you haven't already and help me hit this incredible milestone.

I just tested Codex and Claude Code.
Same app. Same prompt. Same workflow.
Spoiler alert - Codex was way cheaper.

I honestly can’t believe how close we are to 100,000 subscribers.
It’s been about 3.5 years of consistently uploading to this channel every week, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has watched, commented, shared, and subscribed along the way.
Thank you for being here 🙏
And if you’ve been watching the videos but haven’t subscribed yet, it would mean a lot if you hit subscribe and helped us get over the 100k line.

If you suck at writing prompts, like I do, simply end you prompt with "Improve my prompt".
