This channel focuses on Memory Reconsolidation - the neuroscience-based process that allows learning stored in memory to update at its root.
If you’ve been exploring Neville Goddard’s Revision and wondering how imagination can create real change, we explain what’s happening in the brain.
You’ve done the work, yet old patterns still show up.
Implicit memories can continue supplying outdated reference data that shapes reactions, beliefs, and survival responses - even when you consciously know better.
The Remmert Method™ applies Memory Reconsolidation to childhood memories, where many long-running patterns formed - allowing the brain’s internal reference points to update naturally.
Here you’ll find:
• Clear explanations
• The neuroscience behind Neville Goddard’s Revision
• Real demonstrations
• Practical insights for lasting change

The Remmert Method
Have you ever felt unsettled after doing Neville Goddard's Revision Technique or Memory Reconsolidation?
A sense of inner unrest.
Feeling disconcerted.
Doubt or uncertainty.
Or just... off.
If you have, you’re not doing anything wrong. There’s a very specific reason this happens.
I’ve explained exactly what’s going on - and how to help your brain integrate the change faster - here: odilleremmert.substack.com/p/why-you-might-feel-un…
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic too. 😊 💖

The Remmert Method
You’ve probably heard the phrase “trauma is stored in the body.”
So a very reasonable question is: If that’s true, how can changing a memory actually help?
Here’s the key clarification:
Memories themselves aren’t stored in the body.
They’re patterns held in the brain.
When a memory is activated, the brain sends signals through the nervous system and hormones - and that creates very real physical effects in the body. That’s why trauma can feel physical, even years later.
So nothing is “wrong” with your body.
It’s responding exactly as it was designed to - to a danger signal.
And this is also why change is possible.
When the brain no longer tags a memory as a current threat, the alarm response drops. When that happens, the body shifts out of protection mode and into regulation. Stress chemistry settles, and the body has more capacity for rest, repair, and healing.
This is what we’ll be walking through step by step in our "Free Yourself from Survival Mode in 5 Days" workshop.
👉 Day One is scheduled and focuses on why the body stays in survival mode - and how changing the signal at the source creates immediate relief.

How Feeling Good LITERALLY Heals Your Body! :)
For those who've been wondering how our exercises and changing memories relates to healing (and how the Nervous System Reset Subliminal track works, for example) - below is the full, detailed explanation. Let us know if you have any questions - and what other topics you'd like us to do a deep-dive on.
"Feel-good" chemicals like endorphins, serotonin, and oxytocin allow cells to heal by activating the body's natural restorative processes, which include reducing pain, lowering inflammation, and promoting cell growth and regeneration.
Here's how key "feel-good" chemicals contribute to healing at a cellular level:
Endorphins (Natural Pain Relievers)
Endorphins, which are endogenous opioids, block pain signals from reaching the brain, similar to morphine, but without the dangerous side effects.
Pain Reduction: By binding to opioid receptors on nerve cells, endorphins block the release of Substance P, a chemical that transmits pain messages. This allows the body to manage discomfort and continue functioning during the healing process.
Immune System Regulation: They help to regulate the immune response and decrease excessive inflammation, which is crucial for proper healing.
Serotonin (Mood Stabilizer)
Serotonin is involved in many bodily functions beyond mood regulation, including digestion and sleep.
Wound Healing: Serotonin is released by platelets in the blood to help heal wounds. It causes the constriction of tiny blood vessels to slow blood flow and aids in the formation of blood clots, which is a vital initial step in wound repair.
Cell Division and Liver Regeneration: Studies have linked serotonin to the regulation of cell division and the regeneration of the liver, directly supporting cellular repair processes.
Oxytocin (Bonding Hormone)
Often called the "love hormone," oxytocin is associated with trust, empathy, and social bonding, and it also plays a role in physical healing.
Physical Wound Healing: Some evidence suggests that oxytocin can assist in the physical healing of wounds, potentially due to its role in fostering calmness and reducing stress, which creates a more favorable environment for the body to repair itself.
Stress Reduction: By promoting feelings of calm and safety, it helps manage stress, preventing the negative physical impacts of high stress (like high cortisol levels), which can hinder healing.
Dopamine (Reward and Motivation)
Dopamine is primarily involved in the brain's reward system, motivation, and movement, rather than directly causing the feeling of happiness. While its direct role in cellular repair is less pronounced than the others, it supports the actions that lead to healing.
Motivation for Health-Promoting Behaviors: Dopamine provides the motivation to engage in activities known to support healing, such as eating nutritious foods, exercising, and seeking positive social interactions.
Nerve Cell Communication: Research into how dopamine neurons regulate themselves provides insight into maintaining healthy nerve cell function and potentially preventing neurodegenerative disorders.
In essence, these chemicals enhance the body's natural capacity to maintain homeostasis, manage pain and stress effectively, and support the underlying biological mechanisms necessary for cellular regeneration and repair.

Change negative childhood memories (remove the roots of the weeds) to the opposite, positive, and empowering (plant the seeds of the flowers you want) and play those new memories until they’re established (water those flowers until they’re able to survive on their own). 💪🧠👀💖
