In my last video, I shared a tutorial on how to start crafting your authentic story to connect with your audience in five simple steps. I would love to hear your story now (if you feel like sharing).

In the spirit of practising what I preach, I’ll go first. My name is Ruhi. It has Arabic and Sanskrit origins and means "soul," "spirit," or "spiritual essence"—a meaning I’ve always found deeply inspiring. Years ago, during an interview, I was asked for three words to describe myself. I remember answering: honest, tenacious, and focused. Those three words have become the consistent threads woven through everything I do, from business journalism and executive coaching to nearly a decade of dance classes and a regular meditation practice.

I have always believed in the power of truthful stories told with authenticity, and with each passing day, my faith in great storytelling only grows stronger. I believe my friends and former colleagues would attest to the passionate commitment I’ve always shown to crafting authentic stories in both my personal and professional life.
