Our son has the most beautiful blue eyes but when he was in Kindergarten, we found out that he had amblyopia (lazy eye as it's more commonly known). His weak eye was 20/100. It was right at the beginning of Summer when we found out and so he wore a patch all Summer. At his next appointment, he was 20/30 in that same eye!
We were told that he had such great improvement that he would be able to drive when he grew up and that there would be only 2 jobs he could never have, a surgeon or a pilot. I think that turned out for the best, because he loves being a sound designer instead. lol
All I can say is God is good! Most people have no idea that there is anything wrong with his eyesight still. You can really only tell if he is tired and you are really looking.

Today, in America, is Memorial Day where we honor and remember those who died to protect our freedom. I don't full picture of my ancestry but to the best of my knowledge, we personally never lost a family member due to military service.

I'll be honest, I don't love rain! It rains a lot in Central Florida, especially in the Summer! But I know that rain is so important! Without the rain, we wouldn't have the beautiful parks and yards that we have here and more importantly we would have droughts! God's provisions are always good!
