Most founders and CEOs spend months building the perfect website. But they ignore the one place clients usually visit first.

Their #LinkedIn_Profile.
⤷ Before booking a meeting...
⤷ Before sending an email...
⤷ Before signing a contract...

Most clients search your name on LinkedIn & within a few seconds, they decide whether you're worth talking to. This is where many #founders lose opportunities without realizing it.

I review many Founders, CEOs, and Agency Owners' LinkedIn Profiles almost every day, and the same mistakes keep showing up.

⚠️ A headline that doesn't explain what they actually do
⚠️ No clear positioning
⚠️ No content that builds authority
⚠️ An empty Featured section
⚠️ No proof of results, testimonials, or client success

Then they ask:
"Why aren't clients reaching out?"

🔵 The answer is simple
People don't buy what they don't understand.

Your LinkedIn Profile should answer three questions immediately:
→ Who are you?
→ Why should someone trust you?
→ Why should they choose you instead of someone else?

That's what a #personal_brand does.

✅ It creates authority before the conversation starts.
✅ It builds trust before the sales call.
✅ It makes clients feel confident before they even send a message.

This is why I always tell founders:
→ Don't optimize your LinkedIn Profile for recruiters.
→ Optimize it for decision-makers.

Because your LinkedIn Profile isn't just a résumé anymore.

🔵 It's your digital reputation.
🔵 It's your first impression.

And for many businesses, it's the page that decides whether a client contacts you... or your competitor.

Dekhe agar aap ka pura business sirf Upwork, Fiverr ya kisi bhi freelance platform par chal raha hai, to asal mein aap apni company kisi aur ke platform par build kar rahe hain.

Freelance platforms start karne ke liye bohat achi opportunity dete hain.

Lekin control unke paas hota hai.

→ Visibility unki.
→ Algorithm unka.
→ Fees unki.
→ Aur account ka decision bhi unka.

Sirf ek policy update...
Sirf ek algorithm change...
Ya ek account restriction...

Aur aap ki client pipeline aik hi din mein affect ho sakti hai.

Isi liye #smart_founders kabhi bhi sirf ek source par depend nahi karte.

✅ Wo apna Personal Brand build karte hain.

Kyun?

Kyun ke strong Personal Brand 24/7 aap ke liye kaam karta hai.

→ Clients ko attract karta hai, pitch karne se pehle.
→ Trust build karta hai, pehli meeting se pehle.
→ Audience ko inbound leads mein convert karta hai.
→ Aur aap ke business ko marketplace se bahar bhi ek strong identity deta hai.

Aaj kal clients sirf company ko hire nahi karte.

Wo pehle founder ko search karte hain.

✅ LinkedIn Profile dekhte hain.
✅ YouTube Content dekhte hain.
✅ Google par research karte hain.
✅ Aap ka content read karte hain.

Kyun ke log service khareedne se pehle #trust_buy karte hain.

Isi liye meri har founder aur CEO ko yehi advice hoti hai:

→ Scalable Business build karein.
→ Saath hi Strong Personal Brand bhi build karein.

Ye combination aap ko aisi long-term opportunities deta hai jo koi algorithm ya platform kabhi control nahi kar sakta.

Alhamdulillah, mujhe 130+ founders aur CEOs ke saath kaam karne ka mauqa mila hai, jahan hum ne unka Personal Brand build kiya, online authority establish ki aur unki expertise ko business opportunities mein convert kiya.

How Top Rated Upwork Profiles are Giving Opportunities to Smart New Profiles!

This might sound controversial...
But some Top Rated Upwork Freelancers are creating opportunities for newer freelancers every day.

How?

Recently, I reviewed several Upwork proposals.

The pattern was obvious.
A Top Rated &Top Rated Plus freelancer with years of experience was charging:

🔴 $40/hour
🔴 $60/hour
🔴 Sometimes even higher

There is nothing wrong with charging premium rates. The problem starts when the proposal doesn't justify the price.

Most of these proposals looked like this:
→ I have 10 years of experience
→ I have worked with XYZ company
→ Here is my portfolio
→ Here are my certifications

The client's actual problem? Buried somewhere in the proposal.

🟢 Now here's the reality most freelancers are missing...Clients today are smarter than ever. Before posting a job, many clients spend time with #AI

✅ They research project costs.
✅ They understand timelines.
✅ They compare strategies.
✅ They already know 70% to 80% of the information before the job is even posted.
✅ That's why simply showing experience is no longer enough.

Meanwhile, a newer freelancer comes in with a different approach.

Not cheaper.
→ Smarter.

They focus on:
🟢 The client's pain point
🟢 The desired outcome
🟢 A clear solution
🟢 Simple communication
🟢 Realistic pricing
Instead of selling experience, they sell clarity & clients notice.

This is why many smart new Upwork freelancers are generating business faster than expected.

→ Not because they're more experienced.
→ Not because they have better profiles.
→ Because they're more relevant.
→ Clients don't wake up thinking

P.S. If you're not getting replies on Upwork, stop asking:
"How can I send more proposals?"

→ Start asking:

"How can I become more relevant to the client?"

That's where business starts.
