Are you seeing a shortage or price spike on flour in your area? A friend of mine sent me this, and I'm just wondering what you are seeing.

"I small batch bake and a couple of the bakers in my area mentioned flour and that they were having to source from a few different companies. I buy Lehi which I love but I decided to also incorporate King Arthur flour. However, Costco and Sam's will no longer be carrying them and I reached out to King Arthur Company and they wouldn't come out directly and say anything to me when I inquired about placing an order for the end of summer. So, I called Sam's again today and just got off with Admin. They told me it was a supply issue on King Arthur's end and that it has been going on for about a little over a month.



Just wanted to share that with you in case there are people who follow you who do not grind their own wheat and who do buy from King Arthur. I don't like where this is going so right now I am vacuum sealing several pounds of flour so I have stuff into next year!!"
