I’m polling viewers of my channel. I’ve covered a lot of 3D Printing over the years, some 8-Bit electronics and occasionally a bit of hobbyist CNC.
Which category do you fit best as a viewer?

While I was waiting for some 3D Prints to finish I pulled out my old Ender 3 V2 that I converted into a Cantilever design years ago. Here the original video:

I added a magnetic bed and Cryogrip
Plate but the machine wouldn’t fully power up.
I found a replacement board and LCD in my stock of replacement parts so I replaced the board and LCD and now it’s working.

I leveled in with my E- Leveler and printed a Gold CHEP Cube. Not bad for an old printer.

I’m just curious, when you load a file on your 3D Printer, which do you do the most often:

1) Manually load via SD Card/USB Stick
or
2) Wireless/WiFi ?

I’ve been getting asked for my opinion on Bambulab latest firmware changes that affect how you can send files to the printer. My stance is still the same as my video below. Closed source printer companies can do what they want with their firmware, but if you have a choice don’t update until you’re sure. I still transfer via saving to SD card and then manually put it in the printer. So I haven’t been affected…yet.

The Gemitsu 3020 Pro Max V2 is on sale right now for under $400. I did a video on V1 and I still recommend this affordable CNC. Great for cutting circuit boards.
Affiliate link in description. Great Christmas present.

I’m looking for foldable iPhone Stand options. If you have one you like, comment here with the Thingiverse/Thangs or Printables ID number. I may feature it and give you a shout out in a future video.
