The 1st photo is me today & the second photo is what I used to look like. The 2nd photo I weighed 136.8kg & was depressed, addicted to alcohol, eating unhealthy & not exercising. The 1st photo is me now ! 98kg, Strong, sober & proud. It took me a long time to get to this stage & some days I didn’t think I’d make it, but here I am. The living proof that if you eat healthy, exercise, quit alcohol, things do get better ! Just remember it’s never too late to start, just make sure you do & never give up ! 💪🏻❤️

It’s my birthday, it’s Friday & normally i would be out drinking & partying, but this year I’m in bed at 9pm eating my birthday cake in bed.
