if I'm feeling the energy of summer. My body wants to move, feel strong, alive, and expressive. ... It took me a while to get here, and I don't feel this way every day-even though it's something I strive for. If you're not feeling your 100% today, give yourself grace. I truly believe this is something we all need to learn. You don't have to transform everything overnight. Just take one small step, one tiny gesture toward feeling a little better, a little stronger, a little more empowered. My body has been through a lot this past year as I navigated mold illness, and every day I'm learning how to reclaim my strength and my power. I share this journey because social media can look perfect, but behind every image is a real human being moving through challenges, setbacks, and growth. What matters most is not perfection. It's the choices we make every day, every hour. And it's okay to keep learning how to make better choices for yourself. Your next step doesn't have to be big. It just has to be in the direction of your well-being.
That’s why I started drinking coffee ☕️ For years I drank coffee religiously. It almost became my reason to get up in the morning.
But over time I realized something important: I wasn’t listening to my real energy anymore.
Coffee was helping me push past my natural limits. I could overwork, override exhaustion, disconnect from my body… and I stopped recognizing what my actual energy capacity felt like.
Eventually I noticed my nervous system was constantly “on.” Even when I was tired, I kept going.
So I slowly stepped away from caffeine.
I still love the smell of coffee. And I’ll still allow myself to enjoy it occasionally — very, very rarely — but now it’s a conscious choice instead of a daily dependency.
Since reducing caffeine, I’ve noticed huge changes:
• my nervous system feels calmer • my bowel movements became incredible • my skin looks more rejuvenated • my breathing improved • my energy feels cleaner and more stable • and most importantly — I started feeling a very pure kind of clarity and consciousness again
Not the artificial “rush.” More like natural life force returning.
I also realized how much modern culture normalizes running on stimulation instead of true restoration.
Now I’m learning to create energy through: sleep, minerals, movement, sunlight, breath, emotional alignment, purpose, and slower living.
And honestly… there’s something beautiful about discovering who you are without constantly stimulating yourself.
I’m curious — what’s your relationship with coffee and caffeine right now? Do you feel energized by it… or dependent on it? And have you ever felt the desire to transition toward a more natural source of energy?
We are not meant to copy one another, but to discover who we are individually. We are all gifted in different ways.
One of the first things I learned was to stop comparing myself to others. I have my own path, my own vision, and my own way of feeling and experiencing the world — just like each one of you.
When we compare our results, our bodies, our lives, or our journey to others, we begin to feel restricted and convince ourselves that something is wrong with us.
But nothing is wrong.
We are simply different.
Discovering and expressing your own authenticity is one of the greatest forms of freedom and happiness. Real happiness doesn’t come only from success — it comes from feeling: “I am going my own way… and I truly feel it.”
Love is not just a feeling that stays strong on its own.
Love in the physical world needs expression through actions, choices, and presence — in ways that don’t harm the other person, but build respect, trust, resilience, and accountability.
Our relationship has gone through many stages. After 8 years of growing through so much together, we began to understand the foundations of harmony:
respecting each other in words and actions not forcing each other’s growth maintaining polarity — me in my feminine, him in his masculine creating nurturing rituals and quality time knowing what makes each other feel loved taking responsibility for our own happiness giving each other space to do what lights us up
We didn’t start here. It took a long and sometimes painful journey to learn these things.
And because of everything we lived, healed, and integrated, we created a course for couples and singles — to help you understand where one partner may be carrying the emotional responsibility of the other, how to communicate without causing harm, and how to open physical connection when it has been guarded by fear.
There is so much wisdom inside this work.
If this resonates, comment LOVE and I’ll send you the link.
My journey from illness back to my strong self is still continuing.
I don’t talk about this often, because I have always been a warrior — someone who focuses on the good, on progress, on moving forward. But this has been the hardest challenge and the deepest growth of my life.
There were many moments when I thought I would not make it through. At times, it felt like I was so close to leaving this earth. Thanks to holistic doctors, my family, and my own deep research, I am still here. And I am better.
Through this journey, I discovered how serious mold illness can be and how deeply it can affect the body. For many people, it may be connected to chronic symptoms like breathing issues, allergies, inflammation, skin problems, fatigue, anxiety, immune system dysfunction, and more. These toxins can burden the body deeply, and healing often takes time, patience, and consistency.
For me, this has been an almost year-long journey of learning how to support the body in detoxification, repair, and gradual restoration. I’ve learned so much about foods, healing protocols, and ways to help the body eliminate waste and support natural recovery.
My lifestyle has changed completely. Now I prioritize my well-being in everything. This journey has also been deeply connected to mental and emotional healing. It’s part of why I began leaning even more into crochet, cooking, rituals, tea ceremonies, herbalism, and natural building — all the things that bring me back to life, presence, and peace.
I truly believe that every challenge can become a gift when we choose to see it that way. My journey is still continuing, and I will keep sharing the most valuable insights I learn along the way, because I know how hard it can be to find real nurturing support. Modern medicine is helpful for some things, but often it does not go deep enough into the root cause.
I share the protocols and tools that have helped me with those who feel called to learn and support their healing naturally. You can find them in my bio, and there is much more to come.
So much important information is not talked about enough, and I truly feel every family can benefit from learning how to better support their health, home, and healing.
The biggest reasons for back pain in women are usually not one single thing, but a combination of daily patterns: 1. Weak core + glutes 2. Poor posture 3. Stress & tension 4. Lack of movement 5. Misalignment / imbalance 6. Hormonal cycles 7. Wearing unsupportive shoes Often it’s not “damage” — it’s repetitive daily habits plus tension over time. I created a soft practice for tension relief, realignment, new body habits building. Your body will thank you. Comment "flex" for the link.
The world may seem to move fast, but everything depends on whether we are running with it… or setting the tone from our own center.
The body was never meant to be rushed. It was meant to be listened to.
Fatigue is often a sign that your rhythm needs to be reconsidered. Instead of gripping tighter to results, it may be time to return to flow.
But how?
We experience life through the body. When the body becomes overloaded with stress, it cannot channel clear decisions, fresh energy, or true direction. It needs to be unloaded.
When I feel this way, I move. I scan my body and notice where there is stiffness, where energy feels stuck. Then I soften it, open it, release it.
And often, where there seemed to be fatigue… there was actually tension.
Once tension leaves, clarity returns. Energy returns.
This is especially important for women. We are taught to only push harder, be more disciplined, chase goals. But our wisdom often works differently. We are deeply connected to cycles, intuition, and a natural flow that can guide us when the body is open enough to receive it.
Our first work is not force. Our first work is tending to the vessel.
When the body is limber, flexible, and receptive, we can feel where to go, what to do, and what to say—without burning ourselves out first.
If you’d like to begin, I can share my hip-opening somatic practice, because the hips are one of the places where we hold the most tension.
I didn’t lose connection with my body overnight. It happened slowly. By pushing through when I was tired. By ignoring small signals. By choosing what I “should” do over what I actually felt. At some point, the body stops speaking loudly. it keeps speaking, but we stop listening.
And then we only notice it when something is wrong: pain, anxiety, tightness, exhaustion. I’ve been there. Living mostly in my head, trying to figure things out, while my body was already giving me answers. For me, reconnecting didn’t happen through force.
Not through “fixing” the body. But through building a relationship with it again. Slowly. Through small moments: pausing, feeling my breath, moving gently, noticing where I’m holding tension This is what I now see: The body is not something to control. It’s something to listen to.
And the more I listen, the earlier I feel when something is off — before it turns into something bigger. You don’t have to wait until your body collapses to start paying attention.
The hips are the gateway to pleasure — not just metaphorically, but biologically. After physical or emotional stress, the body can create protective patterns in the hips. This area is deeply connected to our ability to feel, receive, and move freely. When the body doesn’t feel safe, it may limit movement — creating tightness and restriction as a form of protection. That’s why opening the body with awareness is so powerful. We’re not only supporting flexibility and reducing stiffness, but also creating space for emotional release and deeper connection with ourselves. The key is to move with gentleness, patience, and care — not force. The body responds best to safety, and the nervous system needs to feel that it’s okay to open again. With small, consistent steps, real change happens. I’ve created a bundle to support this process with ease.If you’d like the full program, comment “bundle”.If you prefer gentle somatic flexibility, comment “flex.”
I discovered three things that block us from feeling aliveness, enthusiasm, and joy in life.
Number one is health. When we prioritize everything and everyone else but not ourselves, the body reflects it. It becomes almost impossible to feel ecstatic about life or truly enthusiastic when you live in a weak body or a body that is screaming in pain.
I’ve been there many times, and I learned my lesson.
Life force wakes up in a body that is clean, healthy, and capable of holding high-frequency energy. That’s why I created a whole system of rituals in my life that constantly brings me back to this higher state of being.
Balance is about movement. If we stay still for too long, we begin to decline. And movement is not only about workouts — it’s the small daily things that maintain our vibrant energy, vitality, and youth.
I put it all together to make it simple for others. This is a lifelong journey. It’s not something you do once. It becomes a way of living. A habit. A relationship with yourself.
And once you feel the difference, you simply can’t go back.
