My baby did not make it out of surgery today😔. She went in to try and have her spleen removed to give her a few more months, but unfortunately the cancer was already too aggressive. Thank you all for your love and support on my last post. Tasha was my big baby and I’m so heartbroken she had to spend her last days in pain. She was very loved 😔❤️
I’m honestly so sick of hearing the word ‘Cancer’ this year. My beautiful German Shepherd, who some of you have known since she was a baby puppy, has unfortunately been diagnosed with an aggressive Cancer of her Spleen and will need to be put down before it ruptures. I’m absolutely heartbroken for her and my whole family . She is such an intelligent, loyal and protective part of my family and we are so devastated to let her go. I wish I could be home in Alberta to kiss her goodbye. Love you my Hyena Lady❤️
I am at a total loss for words. A dear friend of mine has just passed away shortly after ringing the bell and leaving Cancer treatment. I met Kimberly when I was away from my family at Musical Theatre college in Brockville, ON. One of her 5 children, Zoë, came to join our adult cast as young Cosette for Les Miserables and Kimberly was like a den mother to all of us and welcomed us in as her own, when none of us had family or our own Moms around. After college we have always kept in touch, she invited me to watch her kids Vocal performances and for over 10 years she has been one of the most supportive, encouraging, loving and inspiring lights in my life on all of the endeavours I have set sail on. She never missed wishing me a Happy Birthday, she always told me I had a likeness to David Bowie, and made me feel like a Star even when I was feeling the least bit important. She did that for everyone. That's just who she was. We had plans to Dance together when she was feeling strong enough to Dance again. She truly was a gift from God. I hope you're doing all the dancing, singing, and polar plunging on the other side. You will be missed, Kimberly, you impacted so many of us.
