Before you go to work today… don’t go alone.
If you want God’s favor and clarity over your job, company or establishment, COMMENT: “God Go With Me.”
New 6AM Morning Prayer drops daily. Turn on the 🔔 so you never miss YOUR covering.
Prayer with me now...
Father God…
This is Your day.
Not my employer’s day.
Not my boss’s day.
Not my calendar’s day.
This day belongs to You.
And before I step into responsibilities,
before I step into pressure,
before I step into expectations…
I step into Your presence.
Your Word says in Psalm 118:24,
“This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”
So I choose rejoicing over rushing.
I choose surrender over stress.
I choose alignment over anxiety.
Lord, go before me today.
In Exodus 33:14 You promised,
“My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
So I refuse to enter this day alone.
(3:00–10:00 — Emotional Exposure)
Father…
Sometimes mornings feel heavy.
Sometimes I wake up and my mind is already racing.
Deadlines.
Responsibilities.
Unfinished tasks.
Conversations I’m not ready for.
There are expectations on my shoulders.
There are bills that must be paid.
There are goals I have not reached yet.
And if I’m honest… sometimes I’m tired.
Tired of trying to hold everything together.
Tired of pretending I’m not overwhelmed.
Tired of measuring myself by productivity.
But Your Word says in Matthew 11:28,
“Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
So before work demands my energy…
I come to You.
I lay down yesterday’s mistakes.
I lay down the pressure to perform.
I lay down the fear of falling short.
Lord, I confess something deeper.
Sometimes I connect my worth to my performance.
If I succeed — I feel valuable.
If I struggle — I feel insecure.
But You say in Ephesians 2:10,
“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works…”
I am Your workmanship before I am a worker.
My identity is not my job title.
My security is not my salary.
My peace is not determined by productivity.
Father, reset my thinking.
(10:00–20:00 — Fear Exposure + Surrender)
There are fears I don’t always say out loud.
Fear of disappointing people.
Fear of making costly mistakes.
Fear of missing opportunities.
Fear that I’m not progressing fast enough.
But Isaiah 41:10 declares,
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God.”
You are with me in the meeting room.
You are with me in the office.
You are with me behind the desk.
You are with me when no one sees the pressure I carry.
So I will not allow fear to dictate this day.
2 Timothy 1:7 says,
“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind.”
I receive a sound mind this morning.
Calm thoughts.
Clear thinking.
Steady emotions.
Philippians 4:6–7 says,
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God…”
So here are my requests:
Give me clarity in decisions.
Give me patience in frustration.
Give me wisdom in conversation.
James 1:5 promises,
“If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God…”
So I ask.
Not for ease — but for guidance.
Not for shortcuts — but for strength.
Not for applause — but for alignment.
Father, establish the work of my hands today,
as Psalm 90:17 says.
Let my efforts not be wasted.
Let distractions be minimized.
Let focus increase.
Let excellence flow naturally.
And even when things do not go as planned…
Help me remember Romans 8:28 —
“All things work together for good to those who love God.”
Even delays.
Even interruptions.
Even unexpected challenges.
You are still working.
Before I leave this prayer…
Before I continue into this day…
Cover my mind.
Proverbs 3:5–6 says,
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart…”
So I trust You with today’s outcomes.
I trust You with conversations.
I trust You with performance reviews.
I trust You with opportunities.
I trust You with doors that open.
And I trust You with doors that close.
Lord…
As this morning unfolds…
Let peace be my anchor.
Let confidence be rooted in You.
Let clarity override confusion.
And if pressure rises later today…
Remind me of this moment.
Remind me that I began this day covered.
In Jesus mighty name I pray…
Amen.

Have you been carrying a quiet worry lately?
Today, we’re praying Psalm 91 over your life — for protection, peace, and strength.
If you believe God is your refuge, comment: “I AM COVERED.”
Psalm 91:1-16
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall
abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my
God; in him will I trust.
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and
from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings
shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the
arrow that flieth by day;
Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the
destruction that wasteth at noonday.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right
hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of
the wicked.
Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge,
even the most High, thy habitation;
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come
nigh thy dwelling.
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in
all thy ways.
They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy
foot against a stone.
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and
the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver
him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with
him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
But here’s the question:
Are you dwelling… or visiting?
Because protection isn’t for the distracted.
It’s for the positioned.
Right now, we are positioning you under divine covering.
No distractions.
No multitasking.
This is serious.
Close your eyes if you can.
Take a deep breath.
Because we are stepping into the secret place.
Pray with me now.
Heavenly Father,
I come before You right now in need of Your covering.
Your Word says,
“He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”
So right now, Father, i choose to dwell in Your presence.
Not visit.
Not glance.
Not rush through.
But dwell.
I step away from fear.
I step away from panic.
I step away from the worst-case scenarios playing in my mind.
And i step under Your shadow.
You are my refuge.
You are my fortress.
You are my God.
And in You i trust.
Father, in a world filled with uncertainty…
In a world filled with sudden tragedy, unexpected danger, and unseen threats…
I declare that I am not unprotected from harm.
I am not exposed to deadly scenarios.
I am not alone...
If you believe God is your refuge, comment: “I AM COVERED.”
