Hi & welcome to my fitness channel! My name is Courtney Holland & I'm a Certified Exercise Physiologist & Personal Trainer & have my Masters degree in Exercise Physiology with a concentration in cardiopulmonary rehab. Best of all, I'm a mom to 3 young kids! I enjoy helping people in their health & fitness journey whether it be to improve their heart health, lose weight, increase strength or reduce stress!

Hi Everyone! 👋
Get ready for a LOOOONG workout tomorrow! There are 4 Circuits, with 8 Exercises, repeated 2x each =
64 Minutes!! 🤩 Also included is a warm-up and a cooldown stretch so be sure to carve out time to get this done all in one session- or you can break it up into 2, 32 minute sessions! 🙌
Who’s ready to crush this workout with me? 💪
All you’ll need are dumbbells for a pure strength training session! 🏋️♀️ We’ll be alternating upper & lower body circuits- keeping the moves basic so you can focus on form! Lift heavy if you advanced!
P.S. The first circuit is the Upper Body exercises I do with my Cardiac Rehab patients!

This weekend on what’s happening @ The Holland House:
My middle son Everett competed in the flag football 🏈 quarter-finals game in the morning & won!
We came back in the afternoon for the semi-finals game and played a tough team & lost 13-6!
Busy life is a fun time & I wouldn’t have it any other way!
