I come from a humble background. I studied in a government school, faced failure in my 12th standard, and could not complete my industrial training after my craft course. Despite many struggles, I never gave up.

Today, I have nearly 20 years of culinary experience across hotels, ODC catering, marriage catering, restaurants, and five-star hotels.

I am grateful to Chef Jacob Aruni for inspiring my passion for cooking and to my Guru, Chef Venkatesh Bhat Sir, who shaped me as a chef over the past 12 years.

Through this channel, I share authentic recipes, practical cooking techniques, and real kitchen knowledge gained through years of experience.
