Hi everyone! I'm Satomi and offering hands-on classes in Tokyo, taught in English, for visitors who want to learn the art of bread making.

I spent 13 years working at the front desk of luxury five-star hotels in Japan and abroad (Maldives and Thailand). In 2020, I changed careers to follow a long-time passion—teaching Japanese bread baking, something I had enjoyed for over 15 years.

On this channel, I share not only the techniques behind Japanese bread but also the spirit that inspires it. In Japan, we grow up valuing thoughtfulness and gentle care for others. I believe that same spirit lives in how we treat our dough—with soft hands and quiet patience as we wait for it to rise. Japanese bread is soft, fluffy, and comforting. Behind it is an invisible sense of kindness you can actually taste.

My hope is to spread happiness through fluffy Japanese bread, sharing the techniques and secrets with the world. No matter where you are, you can always enjoy a little taste of Japan.
