But remember, every body is different. What works for one may not work for another. 🥗
Low energy?
→ Have Banana, dates, soaked almonds, jaggery + ghee
Bloating/ acidity?
→ Warm lemon + ginger water. ajwain water, saunf tea, cold milk
Constipation?
→ Soaked black raisins, papaya, ghee in warm milk
Stress / anxiety?
→ Soaked almonds, chamomile tea, dark chocolate
PMS / cramps?
→ Warm cinnamon + honey water, sesame seeds, banana
Thyroid support?

-Poor sleep can make cortisol, your main stress hormone, stay higher than it should. That is why after bad sleep, you may feel more irritated, anxious, heavy, or overwhelmed 🥹
-When sleep is not enough, your body may ask for more food, especially sugary or junk food. You may feel hungry even when your body does not truly need that much 🫣
-If sleep is poor regularly, the body may not recover well, and this can affect overall hormonal health & daily functioning 🤷🏻♀️

3 Powerful mindset shifts that can genuinely change your life ✨
1. Stop overthinking, start acting
Hum itna sochte rehte hain ki start hi nahi karte. Reality yeh hai ki clarity thinking se nahi, action se aati hai. 🤷🏻♀️
Example:
“Kal se yoga start karungi…”
Phir kal kabhi nahi aata.
Bas aaj 10 min kar lo - automatically consistency build ho jaati hai.
2. Take responsibility for everything
Jab tak hum blame karte rahenge (time nahi hai, mood nahi hai), tab tak kuch change nahi hoga. Responsibility lena matlab control lena.
Example:
“Time nahi milta workout ke liye”
→ Shift: “Main 20 min nikal sakti hu”
Bas yahi shift life change karta hai.
3. Positive self talk
Aap khud se jo bolte ho, wahi aap ban jaate ho. Mind ko train karna padta hai.
Example:
“I’m lazy”
→ Replace: “Main daily thoda better ho rahi hu”
Isse energy, actions aur results sab change ho jaate hain.

Summer Heat ka Natural Cooler : Ragi Buttermilk 🥛
Yeh simple sa drink✨
• Body heat ko naturally calm karta hai
• Digestion improves → no heaviness, no bloating
• Light energy deta hai (perfect for active days)
• Calcium + iron support → fatigue kam hota hai
• Yoga ke baad = best recovery drink 🥤
🥣 How to make:
- Take 1 tsp roasted ragi flour
- Then add 2–3 tbsp water (lump-free mix)
→ Then cook for 2-3 mins (light thickness) Then cool it
Add to 1 glass thin chaas
- along with jeera powder + black salt + mint (optional)
You can also search for ragi buttermilk recipes on YouTube.
Simple habits are better than fancy solutions, khud bhi piyo or apni family ko bhi pilao ❤️

- start with Lukewarm water (jeera/raisin)
- Do light yoga + pranayama
- Take 5–10 min sunlight
🥗 Diet
- Eat light, home-cooked food
- Add cucumber, fruits, coconut water
- Avoid fried & too spicy
💧 Hydration
- Sip water all day
- Include chaas / saunf water
☀️ Day Care
- Avoid 12-4 pm heat, don’t step out without sunscreen
- Wear light cotton clothes
🌙 Night
- Have Light dinner by 8pm
- Walk / gentle stretch
- Sleep on time
All you need to focus in summers is eating light, staying hydrated and stay 🆒

and due to lifestyle today, ye young age me bhi ho raha hai 🥲
If you’re also suffering from knee pain, take care of these 5 things ⬇️
- oil massage on knees, use sesame oil
- take sunlight everyday for healthy knees.
- avoid flat chappals/high heels & choose cushioned footwear.
- make sure you have enough of calcium & vitamin D - haldi, nuts, seeds, ghee, etc.
- do knee strengthening exercises daily, focus on improving weak muscles, it will reduces the load on knees ✨

Your stomach needs rest to heal, control acid, and digest food properly - so just one day try to eat lighter than you usually do 🤷🏻♀️
- only fruits in a day
- or just khichdi/ Dalia/ soup
- or eat heavy meal just once a day
- do water fasting if possible
- steamed veggies
Light eating or fasting gives your stomach time to recover and function better ✅
