Now with RetroSpecd’ I aim to share my love of retro gaming with the YouTube Community. Bringing both old technology and innovative technology that can operate old systems in new improved ways to the YouTube community. I have a vast collection of older and current gaming handhelds that I’ve either located through past research for personal use or my expansive global travels.

Bond looks and plays great on the abxylute 3D One. Outdoor at 50% brightness. How well does it play in 3D you ask... no idea haven't really had any reason to checkout 3D since I've had this thing!

Xbox is XBOX now?!
[I wrote this for RetroSpecd.gg but the site is still down so you can have it first.]
You read that correctly, Xbox has officially changed their name to XBOX!
After holding a poll over on X where just over 19K out of 500M monthly active users voted on the spelling, XBOX with all capitals won. This really doesn’t change anything for the brand amongst other sweeping changes being made by the legacy system.
What this means for the media is mostly remembering to hold the shift key while typing out XBOX after not doing so for 25 years, from 1999-2001 xbox was all lowercase [XBOX, I’m practicing]. Normally a company with all capital letters is an acronym, but my creativity is lacking today and I can’t think of what that would be [comment with your favorite].
It’s a small win for XBOX fans showing that the team at XBOX is listening and implementing suggestions. It really is incredible how many of these small victories along with the lowering of GamePass subscription pricing XBOX has implemented the last couple of months, which brings hope that the dying platform is back.
What do you think of the name change from Xbox to XBOX? Are you going to struggle like I am remembering how to type XBOX?
