Seeing the Megatron vid performing pretty good. Debating what I should do next for Transformers. Might do a combiner next, might do an 86 guy, I dunno yet. Got a couple ideas in the tank i need to write up and properly collect my thoughts.

New video went up. Sat on it for way too long and even contemplated not uploading it because it had been a month since i filmed it. But I want to keep doing this for a hobby as long as possible. I have another long form review in the works. Going to go back and redo a recent short and make it long form. The script is already written so that'll at least be a good hint as to the cohesion of it. Just need to film, record audio, edit, and upload that. So hopefully it'll be enjoyed by you guys!

Thinking of doing a video essay type video where I give my mostly complete thoughts on something. But I'm kinda torn on what I should do. There's one that I've been debating on doing for a while. I just need to sit down and write the script and record footage. Obviously its not going to be done in a day, or maybe even a week. But I do want to start looking back at lines I've actively collected, and see if they're what I remember.

Good idea?

Thinking of upping the variety of things I review on the channel, and attempting a couple different styles depending on what.

Wanting to maybe try a hot ones style gauntlet review where I take a handful of figures that I haven't done a video on for one reason or another. Obviously the ones that are the easiest to say something about will be lower heat, while ones where I have a lot of things to say about will get progressively hotter.

One the flip side I would also like to review different alcohols I enjoy. More than me just sipping on whiskey or soju to enjoy a night. But an actual attempt at me giving my honest thoughts on some of them. I obviously won't go insane with it and will be very careful in my attempt so the video comes out coherent.

But I dunno, I really enjoy making reviews and don't want to be held to a bog standard of doing Transformers or Beyblade. But on the other hand I don't want to try and divert too far. So I guess to whoever sees this and you're an active subscriber, let me know what you'd want to see me do if i'm not up to making a toy review that week or just need a break and want something dumb and fun to do.

With the new changes that YT is making. And just the one post doesn't feel like it properly expresses how I feel. Would y'all be interested in me doing once a week live discussions? Obviously I'd be doing more pertaining to my usual stuff but just as a start we can just keep it casual.

I know a couple of my good friends use Streamyard for their stuff. I stream through OBS/Streamlabs so anyone wanting to join would have to join through Discord and would need to be planned ahead of time so I can balance and adjust audio.

Hey, YouTube, why do you continue to make decisions that will negatively impact the platform?

I saw a policy change going into effect soon that'll use AI as age verification. Basically using what you watch to try and guess your age to determine if you're a child or adult.

Not only will this negatively impact the people trying to use it, but will also negatively impact a lot of creators who are just trying to start up. But also why use AI at an attempt at age verification? You can be a grown adult and still like "childish" things. I love Transformers, Beyblade, and Pokémon at almost 27 years old. Will the AI see me looking for videos on any of those topics and assume i must be a child? And therefore have to prove that I am the age I claim?

No, I don't watch content just pertaining to those topics. But the point still stands that it's an asinine change that doesn't need to be implemented.

At best only a handful of accounts will be impacted, still shouldn't be regardless. And at worst YouTube sees a mass exodus of creators going to other sites and just full dumping YouTube altogether. This is just a hobby thing for me so at worst its another social media platform i abandon making content for. Which I really don't want to do, so who knows? Maybe a bunch of hobbyists who enjoy toy collection and gaming can get together and make our own site like Pepperbox. Or everyone runs over to Locals.

Thanks for everyone who stuck with my inconsistent uploads and changes in content. I hope to not go anywhere, but I'm expecting a huge shift.
