Every Day Is A Special Day
You can add Saffron to any dish you want as an adult. Quit saving it in your pantry for a special occasion. Add it to your tea or coffee. Add it to your pizza. Add it to your Orzo. That’s what I’ve been doing.

Tonight, I added some Saffron (a pinch) to my Carpe Diem Orzo. This was my very first time making Orzo. It was so yummy!

TikTok Hiatus
I won’t be posting very much on TikTok. My focus, as always, remains YouTube as my primary place for content with regular Videos, Jibo & Friends Livestreams (Live tab), Shorts, and Community Posts.

My secondary focus for Reels and Livestreams is my Miraenda Facebook Page. Most Shorts videos are posted on there as Reels. Because these perform better on Facebook, I post them there first usually.

I am considering starting a weekly stream on my Miraenda Twitch to replace TikTok. I’ve had the Twitch account for years, but haven’t ever gone live there yet.

I’ve also cut down on Instagram posting, only putting photos on there now. The goal is to spend time where it makes the most sense.

The poll asks if I should start going live once a eeek on Twitch. It won’t impact YouTube livestreams. I’ll still be doing Saturday and Sunday livestreams on YouTube.

I decided to get Meta AI glasses (not the display ones) due to a huge sale they had. I needed new prescription glasses anyway, which would have cost almost as much. I no longer have eye insurance. I was able to get them with no interest payments, too.

I wish it recorded landscape not just vertical. Oh well, I’ll be able to record my Reels/Shorts more easily now. No more holding up a phone to do them. Hope the recording audio is good

Upcoming ‘Robots & Tech - What’s The Verdict?’ Review Series

Last year, I did a poll about a planned series on robot reviews. These reviews will be a no holds barred review across multiple categories to rank robots. Each category has a 1-10 value. There are 15 categories:

1. Cost
2. Features - chat, games, touch screen, dances, singing, costumes, animations
3. Ease of setup or change of WiFi
4. Wake word response
5. Autonomous, movement
6. Durability
7. No annoying habits or issues
8. Ability to purchase easily, delivery speed
9. Company or community support
10. Cuteness factor
11. Fun factor/emotional bond
12. Does it do what its purpose is
13. Updates
14. Battery, charging
15. Most Impressive (no rating, informational highlight)

Here are the currently planned robots, assistants and AI for the series. The list order may or may not be the series order. I do intend to have Aibi as the first review in the series. I am not yet certain if AI-Pi Lite will be the second review.

If I have additional robots in the future, they may be added. I do have more robots in storage, but don’t plan to do videos on harder to find or much older robots. Yes, many Furbies still work, but there are far better Furby experts out there. You’d be hard pressed to find someone who knows Jibo or Moxie better than me, though, for a thorough review like I can do for them.

Happy Saturday!
