I'm an inquisitive (neurodivergent) Ordained Chaplain & interfaith minister. I've worked with the incarcerated, taught yoga and meditation, and done Hospice work. My work reminds me daily how fleeting life can be. Therefore, I aim to live, love, and experience life fully, even when I seem to be swimming in pain.
I practice Buddhism, Contemplative Prayer, and Meditation, although my MOST intentional practice is to be kind to myself and another person at least once daily. LOVE❣️

I'm kinda laughing at myself lately because I think I can do WAY MORE than possible in a day. I made a to do list the other day and I'm still crossing off things days later because it was an impossible list for one day. But I'm hopeful and as the Queen from Alice in Wonderland says, "Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." I always return to that saying because if you can't believe it is possible than it never will be.
As the calendar on today's photo (below) reminds us, "You can do anything, but not everything."
I'm wanting to remind us do the best we can! (And to remember to squeeze in the fun!)
Just know, you've got cheerleaders who don't know you but are rooting you on and praying for you.

Hello Loves,
I don't know how things are for you but my days (lately) are stuffed with things to do. It isn't how I like things to be but I'm reaching for acceptance and trying to make room for sitting still.
I read somewhere to remember I'm only one person and can only do so much. This makes me contemplate the scheme of things, the stars and planets and time. My life isn't even a drop in the bucket rather it is barely a molecule of matter.
HOWEVER, it is really nothing BUT nothing more IMPORTANT.
For today, be kind to yourself and one other person and remember you're one lovely person who can only do so much. Find a moment to take a breath and just be you... for a moment...

Hello Lovelies,
I came across these two women who wore something that spoke to me, so I thought I would share them with you too. The first is a necklace. It is an oil painting made by hand. It is so small but it shouted out at me with the beauty of a moment of potential.
The second is a woman wearing a shirt that caught my attention. I asked to take a picture and let her know that I believe God, (Higher Power, the Universe or any other name for a Power greater than myself) is speaking to me.
My hope/prayer is these will speak to you for a moment and spur you onto something creative in your day whether it be handcrafting something you love to do or to remind you to “Trust God, Clean House, Help Others!”

Hello Loves,
It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Life has a been calling.
I also felt discouraged on this platform lately. Youtube algorithm doesn’t seem to encourage positive channels; seems like sensationalism, division, etc gets out there because of our natural tendencies to be drawn to intense going ons. This can hinder those of us who want to see the bright side of life.
A lovely person in my life reminded me I like creating shorts and making posts because of my artistic side and my burning desire to help others feel a bit better in their day.
After some contemplation, I think I will return to my idea of creating and posting positivity. I believe every bit of kindness, compassion and love adds to our collective vibration.
Thank you for taking time out of your day to watch my shorts, read my posts and to comment. It's wonderful for me to read your comments.
