Hey y’all!

I know I’ve been very quiet for over a week and I just wanted to check in and let you know it’s just a mental health break!

We finally settled the property in Georgia. I realize now that I was still in fight or flight. I was always so stressed about paying the bills by myself.

As soon as that problem was removed from my life it’s like my body felt like Jell-O. Like a balloon deflating. The feeling was relief and tension leaving my body.🙌🏽

I haven’t had a vacation in many years, so I took time to just hang out with Grady. 🐕‍🦺

I will be back soon!

Sunday is Mother’s Day, so I may come on just to say hello, if y’all will have me!

Love y’all so much! You make it possible for me to tell my story, and together we help people change their lives.🦋

I love this old picture of me, which is ironic because I hated it when I took it in 2009.

Nine years later, I was set on fire and this version of me was gone.

I don’t wish that I looked like this again, because that’s not who I am after what I’ve been through, but I do wish I had enjoyed looking like this when I had the opportunity.
