Recently, I invited my mum to Germany for summer vacation.

And as I looked at her here with me, I couldn’t help but reflect on how far life has brought us.


I lost my father when I was just 5 years old.

From that moment, my mum had to raise I and my siblings alone with very limited resources.


Some days were extremely difficult.

Days where survival came before dreams.

But she kept going.


She worked with what she had. She sacrificed. She endured.

And slowly, over time, those sacrifices turned into something meaningful.


Today, she is beginning to eat the fruit of her labour.

And being able to bring her to Germany—after everything she has been through—meant more to me than words can explain.

But I didn’t share this story just to talk about my family.


I shared it because of you.

Because I know there are people reading this who feel like they are at the end of the road.


People who feel like studying or traveling abroad is only for “other people.”

People who feel stuck because of money, background, or circumstances.


But here is the truth:

Your starting point does not determine your ending point.


I am not here because everything was easy.

I am here because I kept going, even when it wasn’t.

And because I learned the right steps, the right strategies, and followed the right guidance.


Traveling abroad is not reserved for a selected few.

It is possible—but it requires clarity, preparation, and the right direction.


Not guessing. Not random applications. Not trial and error.

Just intentional steps, done the right way.

I bought it newly for this trip only to get to the airport, the airline refused me carrying it into the plane and insisted I have to check it in...

The amount I needed to pay for the check in was almost the price of my ticket.

You don't need to imagine what I did 😂😂😂

I went to a store in the airport, bought nylon, packed my things and threw away the box😂😂😂😂😂

I had no option because my return will be from another airport 🤦‍♀️😃😃

I never got the chance to use this beautiful box 😂😂😂
