I resisted water fasting at first...
But as time went on, and as I saw more and more results from my clients, I just knew I needed to continue.
Have you ever felt like your body was trying to tell you something…
But you just couldn’t hear it through all the noise?
That’s part of what drew me to water fasting in the first place.
As a radiation oncologist for nearly two decades, I spent years helping patients with cancer.
I did this through treatments like chemo, radiation, and surgery.
I loved helping people in those moments, but there was always a part of me that felt we were missing something deeper.
Something about how the body actually heals itself.
Water fasting showed me a piece of that.
It wasn’t something I stumbled into lightly.
It started as curiosity... curiosity about what happens when you remove all the inputs that keep your body in constant flux: food, screens, schedules, distractions, compulsive thinking.
In the stillness, I began to notice something remarkable:
• My nervous system became calmer
• My body began clearing out toxicity on its own
• My clarity increased
• My ability to listen to myself grew stronger
What I saw in others, and what I continue to see, is that fasting isn’t just about metabolic cleanup or autophagy.
It becomes a doorway to presence, self-trust, and reconnection with your own inner wisdom.
That’s why I guide people through intentional fasting experiences.
Not as a quick fix, but as a sacred reset that allows the body and mind to align, detoxify, calm, and heal. It’s gentle, it’s powerful, and it’s deeply human.
