Dear Brooke Farmer,

Do you remember when you ignored my complaints about the woman with the pitbulls? If not, that's ok. Because I do.

When those pitbulls finally did attack me, do you remember deleting the email I sent out to the complex about it?

I remember because you were able to delete that email before any other tenants, or even any other employees, had the chance to see it. So, my report of the pitbull attack went essentially unreported.

Do you remember AUDIBLY LAUGHING at me on the stand when I was questioning you on the stand about the pitbull attack and about why no one reached out to me when it happened?

Do you remember audibly laughing at me on the stand when it was being discussed that the noise from upstairs was constant and driving me crazy?

Do you remember audibly laughing at me when I talked about how you showed up at my house, uninvited and unannounced?

If you dont remember, the events of this upcoming week will certainly remind you. Because come Wednesday, I am going to be playing the entire eviction hearing on YouTube for the whole world to hear. That means that everyone is going to hear you in your own voice, mocking me for being attacked by a pitbull at one of your buildings, among other things.

Once I post that hearing, the whole world is going to have access to who you really are. And who you really are is an evil, mean-spirited person who used her landlord powers to bully and harass and intimidate me for over a year. This IS the beginning of the end for you, Brooke Farmer!

And trust me when I tell you that I will not rest until you are ousted from the landlord business, and I am fairly compensated by Haverkamp Properties for what took place between you and I. I won't get into everything you did because I dont wanna write an essay here. But trust and believe me when I tell you that your days as a landlord are going to come to an unpleasant end.

The only reason you targeted me the way you did is because you know I am a former homeless man. And you were gonna do whatever you could to drive this "homeless weirdo" off your property. But you underestimated me. I have an absolute fierce and unwavering determination to make sure you pay for what you did to me, within the limits of the law.

I am going to make sure to get justice for what you did to me. And I am going to make sure you don't get the chance to do what you did to me to someone else. And Brent Haverkamp....if you're reading this, listen up. I am going to take Haverkamp Properties DOWN! I am going to be the downfall of your company. So keep underestimating me.

Hey guys. Today is May 2nd, 2023. A major milestone for me. Today I celebrate two full years of clean and healthy living. That's two years without proccessed sugar and without proccessed food. Indeed, no form of proccessed sugar has touched these lips in 2 full years now.

However, I will not be making the celebration video that I promised to make. The cold I started getting the other day is starting to get the best of me. What started out as simple sniffles has progressed into significant weakness and lethargy. I assume that I have caught some variant of a certain sickness that has gone around the world for the last few years.

Now, I usually get pretty lucky with these things. I can count on one hand how many colds I have had in the last ten years. But when I do come down with something, it's usually significant. My mind and heart want to celebrate my milestone today. But my body does not agree. So I am going to put off the celebratory video for a while. I celebrate 16 years sober next week anyway, so perhaps I'll make a two-in-one celebration video.

In the mean time, I am going to drink a bunch of black tea tonight. Keep me in your thoughts until then. Thank you

HAVERKAMP PROPERTIES: PIT BULL ATTACK

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who is concerned about me and my well being after having been attacked by pit bulls on Haverkamp Properties last week. I am doing ok, since both attempts to bite me were unsuccessful.

But there is bad news. It has been 9 days since those dogs attacked me. And I still haven't heard anything back from the office. Not a word of concern. Not an inquiry about what happened. Nothing. haven't received any communication of any kind from the office since I was attacked. I have been absolutely stonewalled by the office since this attack, with no return communication whatsoever from them.

Now, I want to be clear. I absolutely, positively DO NOT BLAME the regular employees at Haverkamp Properties for this lack of communication. Nor do I blame them for the attack. I blame one person and one person only. And that person is Brooke Farmer, Community Manager for Haverkamp Properties in Ames.

As you know from my videos, Brooke actively harassed me and tried to bully me out of my lease for most of the year of 2022. She suddenly stopped doing so in early September, and I haven't heard from her since. I believe the office forbade her from having any more contact with me after I started my YouTube channel. Which is smart on their behalf, because Brooke would only cause them more trouble by continuing to communicate with me.

However, they kept Brooke on as an employee, eveb after learning of her constant harassment. And they even promoted her. Nonetheless, it is my belief that Brooke is forbidden by the office from contacting me. But....but but but......she will still make trouble for me from a distance when she sees the opportunity to do so. The fact that I complained to the office almost weekly (for 2 months) about those dogs is proof positive of this.

I would call or email the office. One of the regular employees would answer. And they would assure me that they would talk to this woman about her dogs, and about the careless way she handles them. Not only that, but the ladies at the office had genuine concern in their voices for my complaints. They actually wanted to do the right thing. But Brooke stopped them. Every time. And because Brooke stopped the office employees from doing their jobs (because of her obsession with me), I ended up getting attacked by those very same dogs.

My existence on Haverkamp Properties was peaceful and relatively uneventful for 7 years, before Brooke Farmer took over and started messing with me. That's a fact and I have the receipts to prove it. And we can't forget Todd Wuestenberg, regional manager for Haverkamp Properties in Ames. I showed him indisputable proof that Brooke had been harssing me. And not only did he blow off my complaints, but he actually aided her in her harsssment at one point.

Anyway, back to the main story. I am ok after the dog attack. The pitbulls attempts to bite me were unsuccessful. But Brooke Farmer continues to be a huge problem for me. And trust me when I say I will not stop until she is ousted from the landlord business. I don't care if it takes me years to get this thing into court and get some justice. I absolutely will not stop until this happens. This woman spent 9 months doing everything she can to try to bully me out of my lease. And now....even after the office forbid her from contacting me........she still finds ways to cause problems for me. Which resulted in me getting attacked by a pitbull

Hey everyone, please check out my live from yesterday, where I talk in depth about the importance of mentality in reaching one's goals. I also dive back into the ongoing saga between myself and Haverkamp Properties.

For those of you who are concerned, I did report the pit bull attack to Haverkamp Properties. However, an entire week as gone by without me having heard a word from them. I have received no message of any kind back from the office since I reported the attack. Not an inquiry. Not a message of concern for me or my safety. Not a message to ask me if I am OK. Nothing. Just nothing.

But this is what happens when Brooke Farmer is allowed to manage your apartment complex. One part of me is surprised. The other part of me isn't surprised at all. Brooke is Brooke, and she is going to do Brooke stuff.

I haven't seen that woman and her dogs since then. So its possible that the office FINALLY spoke to her. I tend to doubt it though. Anyway, here is my livestream. It's long, but it's a good one
