There’s only 80 days left for 2025 and I’m officially committing to THE GREAT LOCK IN OF 2025 💪🏼 This means fitness, diet and youtube so I’m sharing my goals with you all to keep me accountable.
For FITNESS I’m committing to:
3x strength training sessions/week 🏋🏻♀️
1 run/week 🏃🏽♀️
8-10K steps/day 🚶🏽♀️
For DIET I’m continuing with calorie counting aiming for 100g protein per day 🥗 🍗 🍓
And for YOUTUBE I’m committing to the #aprilynneschallenge so that means I will be uploading:
4x videos in October
8x videos in November
4x videos in December
It also means I will be analysing my videos and improving them with every new upload so I’m keen to hear your feedback 🩵
