Hey everyone!

Something a little different today.

You've been here with me through hundreds of music reactions and I really am indebted to all of you. I wanted to let you know that I just launched a second channel called Nick at Night.

Here's the concept: I'm playing video games I've never touched before; completely blind, zero prep, full reactions. Games that everyone else apparently grew up on while I was... not doing that. First up is Minecraft. And before you say anything; yes, I died immediately. I'm okay with it

If you've ever watched my music reactions and thought "this guy has absolutely no idea what's about to hit him" that energy translates perfectly to gaming.

The first episode is live now. It's called "I Finally Played Minecraft for the First Time and Died Immediately" and it is exactly what it sounds like.

Truly humbled.


When I started this channel back in nursing school, I had no idea where it would lead. I was just a stressed-out student trying to channel my energy into something fun. I didn’t think I’d ever be here writing this.


And now here we are. 100,000 of you. That’s wild.


I’m genuinely humbled. Your support, your comments, your kindness, the people I’ve met, the music I’ve discovered, it’s all changed my life.


From being really surprised by death metal to vibing with K-pop, to rediscovering the depth of classic rock… reacting to music has become a bridge to communicating with you all.

40,000 subscribers! Each of these milestones is of course not representative of why you all chose to hang out with me as I enjoy music and comedy, but I feel the need to thank you all again.

It’s a pleasure to wade through the many comments that are always passionate and very informative. It’s so cool to feel like I have so many experts here to help me out! I only hope I can provide a little entertainment along the way.

Anyways, thank you again for choosing to be a part of this. It means a lot. I know I can’t get content out fast enough to satisfy everyone but I’ll try my damn best!

I woke up this morning and here we are at 30,000 subscribers. Every day this feels more and more unreal to me. To everyone that has said hello or offered words of encouragement, THANK YOU. I wish I could make more videos to be more consistent with your favorite artists/comedians but it is a one man show for now.
