Hey guys, I know 99.9% of you are only here for the TF2/GMod stuff, which is cool with me, but it'd be neat if you'd give some of my other gaming stuff a look at too!
For example, here's the first in a series of me trying some retro games for the first time, in this case 'Exhumed' on the Sega Saturn. It's even recorded from the console itself rather than being emulated. To quote Link from the CD-i games, "Cool, huh?!"

My motivation to actually sit down and play games at length has royally shit the bed in the past few years. I remember being able to play a game like EWJ2 on my Mega Drive and play it one sitting. I have the Saturn version now, and even after owning it for a couple of months I still can't be arsed to finish it. What the hell happened?

Actually that's pretty easy to explain why. I have a full time job. It really zaps away my motivation to play games most of the time. That and making videos, which don't get me wrong I do enjoy doing, but fuck me, between that and work? This owl needs to get back to having some recreational time! I don't know how people with responsibilities to others (e.g. kids, pets, dependants) manage to work, look after others AND enjoy themselves.
The good news is that I will at some point be cutting back to part time work, since not only have some opportunities arrived but I can afford to do so. Hooray for being single and being too tight to piss my money away too much! But that means not only will I hopefully find more time to relax, but I can possibly make more videos for you lovely people! Stay tuned. Or not. Either way now I want some worms in dirt.

And like that Food Fortress has cracked 100,000 views. I know by most YouTube metrics that's nothing to brag about, but I think for a small channel like mine and the fact that GMod stuff is pretty passé these days those many views are a minor miracle lol
Sadly I still have no plans to make a sequel, but one day I'll hopefully get off my ass and do it. In the meantime I'm gonna celebrate this milestone by doing jack shit.
