What that popping sound really is

Most joint pops are cavitation:
• When you move a joint through range, pressure in the synovial fluid changes
• Gas bubbles (nitrogen/CO₂) rapidly release
• 👉 Pop (no bones grinding, no damage)

This happens in:
• Spine (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
