Last Week Downtown reported 67 signed contracts and Upper East Side reported 63. Downtown was the most expensive area with an average last ask of $2.88 million and the most affordable area was Upper Manhattan, with an average last ask of $917K.
The Manhattan New Development Market reported 29 signed contracts. The average price of signed contracts was $4 million, even with the last week.
Upper East Side was the most expensive area with an average last ask of $7.5 million and the most affordable area was Midtown West, with an average last ask of $1.3 million.
Rate Last Week:
The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage increased 16 basis points to 6.41%. The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage increased 14 basis points to 5.80% APR. The five-year adjustable-rate mortgage averaged 6.63% APR.
