🏙️WEEKLY UPDATE OF THE NYC LUXURY REAL ESTATE MARKET🏙️

There were 279 reported signed contracts in Manhattan last week. The most expensive signed contract occurred at 255 E 77 St, the 7-bedroom unit was last asking $25.77 million.

Last Week Downtown reported 67 signed contracts and Upper East Side reported 63. Downtown was the most expensive area with an average last ask of $2.88 million and the most affordable area was Upper Manhattan, with an average last ask of $917K.

The Manhattan New Development Market reported 29 signed contracts. The average price of signed contracts was $4 million, even with the last week.

Upper East Side was the most expensive area with an average last ask of $7.5 million and the most affordable area was Midtown West, with an average last ask of $1.3 million.

Rate Last Week:

The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage increased 16 basis points to 6.41%.
The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage increased 14 basis points to 5.80% APR.
The five-year adjustable-rate mortgage averaged 6.63% APR.

🏙️WEEKLY UPDATE OF THE NYC REAL ESTATE MARKET!🏙️

There were 215 reported signed contracts in Manhattan last week. The most expensive signed contract occurred at 16 5Th Avenue, the 5-bedroom unit was last asking $45 million.

Last Week Downtown reported 61 signed contracts and Upper East Side reported 51. Downtown was the most expensive area with an average last ask of $3.72 million and the most affordable area was Upper Manhattan, with an average last ask of $1.05 million.

The Manhattan New Development Market reported 37 signed contracts. The average price of signed contracts was $4 million, compared to the $7 million the last week.

Downtown was the most expensive area with an average last ask of $8.4 million and the most affordable area was Upper Manhattan, with an average last ask of $1 million.

RATE LAST WEEK:
The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage increased 7 basis points to 6.09%.
The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage increased 8 basis points to 5.58% APR.
The five-year adjustable-rate mortgage averaged 6.07% APR.
