This is the problem that the t-Consult Leadership Academy seeks to solve.
This academy is designed to equip participants with a 360-degree Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Competencies required to become exceptional leaders.
The Academy runs for 3 months, with 1 week of contact every month (Tuesday – Friday each week).
Contents will be delivered in a carefully choreographed sequence that allows the knowledge shared to build, one-on-the-other, in a synergistic manner.
