Hi, I’m Ellie from GetFitWith Ellie! At 49, I’m no athlete—and I never was. A childhood accident (hit by a car!) and doctors’ warnings kept me inactive for decades. As a financial pro, I sat for hours, battling fatigue, back pain, neck stiffness, tinnitus, and depression. At 46, I said enough—could someone like me get strong?
Spoiler: YES! I started with simple bodyweight workouts at home, no gym needed. From 52 kg to 49 kg at 158 cm, I’m building muscle, fixing my posture, and feeling unstoppable.
My mission? Prove it’s never too late to transform—especially for busy women over 40. Join me for 30-50 minute at-home strength routines. No equipment, no excuses—just results. Let’s get fit together—subscribe now!

Why Recomposition Works for Normal People?
Many think you need to “cut fat first” or “bulk up” before dieting. But what if I told you there’s a smarter way? Recomposition lets you do both together! It’s not just for pros—most of us can do it, except maybe a tiny percent of elite athletes with perfect plans (not me, and probably not you either—phew!).
Here’s who can rock it:
1. Newbies: Your first workout phase is magic—muscles grow fast, and your body burns fat for fuel.
2. Folks with Extra Weight: Your body taps fat stores to build muscle, even on a deficit.
3. Back After a Break: Muscle memory kicks in post-injury or hiatus, regrowing fast.
4. “Gym Stumblers”: Years in the gym with no plan? Right training and diet can unlock your potential!
How to Make It Happen
1. Train Hard: Intensity beats heavy weights. Push to near failure—your muscles need a wake-up call!
2. Progress Weekly: Lift more or add reps—stagnation stops growth.
3. Hit 10-20 Sets/Week: Train each muscle group twice weekly for max gains.
4. Eat Smart: Aim for a 200-300 cal deficit, with 1.8g protein/kg body weight.
5. Sleep 8 Hours: Studies show it preserves muscle—don’t skip it!
