Today’s video is a 35-minute version of the 15-min and 20-min Daily Fascia Stretch videos. You all have really enjoyed these evidence-based, no-frills static stretches! I created this new one after receiving your requests for a more “yin-like” version of the same sequence. In this one, each pose is held for 100 seconds. Do it three times a week to get your total of five minutes of stretching per body part per week. Enjoy!
I've received a lot of requests for a *slightly* longer version of last month's VERY popular 15-min Daily Fascia Stretch video. In that one, each pose is held for 43 seconds. Today you'll find a new 20-min version where poses are held for one minute each. It's the same routine, but this one gives you a little more time to savor each stretch.
Follow the 15-min routine seven days a week, or follow the new 20-min version five days a week. It's a full-body routine I've designed based on research for optimizing flexibility by stretching each muscle group for 5 total minutes a week.

Yin Yoga for Fascia Release | 25-Min Full Body Stretch:
It's a 25-minute yin yoga and meditation practice that takes you deep into breathwork and energy awareness. This routine is about 50% yin stretches and 50% seated meditation, where you'll explore supercharged rebounds to awaken your body's life force energy.
Since reaching 100K, it felt like a good moment to see which videos helped make it happen.

It was a pleasure to create today’s new video, which is a beautiful and relaxing practice using a yoga bolster. If you don’t have one, you can easily substitute a cushion from your sofa - one of the large backrest types - for the perfect firmness and thickness. Stacking two bed pillows can also work.
