∙ Stable income and enough time to hold
∙ To be across the compliance that comes with running your own fund

I check the bank account before my eyes are properly open. One of the boys won't eat till he's done his mobility routine. The other doesn't shower till 11:30. 😂
This week is routines exposed, the top 10 most satisfying sounds according to science (we had to mimic every one live on mic), and a blind ranking of 10 things we can't live without. Business class flights took number one. Food came third.

Government bans all property investors! This is a headline that I won’t be surprised will be coming in the next few years.
The government just threw so much at investors and the housing market with tax reform, rate hikes, SMSF changes and yet we still have investors buying.
I genuinely think they will try and stop property investing all together. Is it the right move? No way!
However, if this does happen - what will that mean for you?
They’ll grandfather anyone who has real estate. Anyone who doesn’t will no longer be able to use real estate investing as a vehicle.
Think it’s impossible? Just look at everything they have tried. It still won’t stop prices from climbing.
