THE CANARA BANK OFFICERS’ ASSOCIATION (CBOA) is in existence since 1966 and is the only Recognized Association representing Officers in Canara Bank. More than 50,000 Officers all over India have enrolled themselves as members of us.
This YouTube Channel is to create awareness to the public about the work we are doing at CBOA under the Leadership of Our Youngest General Secretary (In fact Youngest GS in whole Banking Industry of India) Shri Ravi Kumar and also about the Canara Bank.

Dear Friends….
As you are aware that *CBOA* has many benevolent schemes for the welfare of members it is quite easy to understand every year *CBOA* spends lakhs of money for the benevolence of its members.
Despite that our *CBOA* did not charge a single penny in terms of *LEVY* .
*Now just imagine that even the scale one officers will get bare minimum of Rs 1 lakh as arrear. If 4% levy is charged the amount of levy per member is Rs 4000/-. CBOA has 50000 members. The total levy collected at that rate would have been a whoping amount of 50000 X Rs 4000/= Total Rs 20 Crores.*
*Friends just give it a thought that despite spending so much on benevolence every year ; Our top leadership could let go Rs 20 Crores easily so that our members are not deprived of their Genuine right.*
*Eccentric* *decision* by our beloved GS …

The General Secretary of mighty CBOA, our beloved Shri K Ravi Kumar has arrived at, Kolkata, the land of trade unions. Team CBOA KOLKATA led by our dear OGS Shri Ujjal Narayan Saha and AGS Shri Sukanta De, is fortunate and filled with impish glee on the arrival of our great leader. Around 150 Vibrant and enthusiastic Canpals from entire West Bengal showed up to shower their gratitude for the historic bipartite settlement and welcome him at the Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose airport. We are immensely proud and happy to have him amongst us in Kolkata after a long time. The Canarites from the City of Joy embraced our dear Ravi Anna.
