I'm looking to jump on a few discovery calls for anyone that wants help with their weight loss goals, struggles, and hurdles they are trying to overcome.
Essentially, I'm trying to get a little bit more information on what you guys specifically struggle with, so when I make videos and send out emails, it's information that's actually specific to what you need help with.
If you're interested in chatting with me for 30 minutes and getting some help.
Down below, there's a form where you can sign your name up name and WhatsApp or Email, I'll reach out and we'll find a time to sit down and have a chat.
The biggest mistake a man can make when it comes to losing weight is underestimating how long it's actually going to take.
If you think you're going to achieve your goal in 3-months but by month 2 you look exactly the same
It's going to knock your confidence and kill your motivation.
I've seen this so many times that I decided to make a free calculator that will give you a rough estimation on your current body-fat plus a detailed timeline on how long it will take to get to 12% body-fat
I just made a post on this community wall asking what your main goal is. If you've got a minute I'd love to know what your focus is so I can make videos more suited to helping you
The more time I spend helping guys improve their bodies, the more I realise something....
Most guys focus on the wrong thing.
They stress about which brand of protein powder works best, which settings on the treadmill is optimal.
None of that matters.
I'd even go as far as to say, the specific diet and exercise plan you follow doesn't matter all that much either.
Straight up, whether you're doing 10-minutes on an incline walk, 10-minutes on a rower or 3 sets of bench press.
It's all pretty much the same.
But guys get stuck in weeds, try to do what they think will get them the results the fastest.
So they try eating one meal a day or doing 2-hour cardio slogs.
But guess where that leads them?
Bored.
And you know what happens to boring habits?
They get binned.
So instead of focusing on "getting rid of all your favorite foods" in the hopes of losing weight fast (But ultimately falling off becuase who wants to give up chips?)
Focus on making your weight loss more enjoyable, becuase if you enjoy the process you're more likely to stick with it.
And if you stick with it long enough, then you'll just win.

Bros!
I made a post a while back asking about Relationship Status and had a large percentage of people vote "Single (Not wanting a relationship)"
For guys in that boat, what's your reason for not wanting a relationship?

I usually don't like to post flexing photos
But I got this really nice shot getting some B-Roll for my latest video and thought I'd share.
This is where I've come to after 3 (maybe 4) years of consistent, relentless, grinding.
I'm talking 5 workouts a week, 90% of the weeks, pushing some HARD sets.
I thought I'd share because there's so much false promises about how you can get jacked in 1-year and you only need to train twice a week.
...Maybe it's true, but it wasn't for me.
Getting this far took me hours and hours and hours of sacrificing A LOT.
Early bedtime, missed social events, repetitive eating.
I'm stoked with how I look so I'm not saying it's not worth it.
But just understand what's actually required to get to where you want to go.
Sometimes the trade off just isn't worth it.
That being said, if you want help getting your foot in the door and building a program then I'm helping guys with their physiques.

Have you ever walked into a gym and been completely overwhelmed with what you should be doing?
Especially if it's one of those commercial gyms that have hundreds of different machines.
Well, what if I told you 95% percent of those machines were pointless?
(Pointless is a bit harsh but you get the idea)
What if it was possible to build massive amounts of muscle sticking to only 8 different exercises?
Surprise! IT IS
All those different machines gives the impression that exercising or training weights is complicated
But in fact the body only moves in 8 different planes (if I'm really simplifying it down 6 different planes)
You push up, you push out, you pull in, you pull down, you hinge, you squat.
That's it.
Those five movement patterns covers every muscle.
Now I like to add a curl movement and an extension movement just so we can hit the mental health muscles (Biceps and triceps)
If you can get into the gym and cover those 6-8 movement patterns with 8 different exercises you've essentially hit your entire body
You could do these exercises in less than 45-minutes.
So here they are
Bench Press (Chest)
Standing/Seated Shoulder Press (Shoulders)
Seated Row (Back)
Lat Pulldown (Back, again)
Barbell Curl (Biceps)
Rope Pushdown (Triceps)
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift (Glutes/Hamstrings)
Goblet Squat (Quads)
If you're starting new at the gym, focus solely on learning those 8 movements and you'll be golden.

Are you unsure what to do whenever you walk into a gym?
A few months back I turned my favourite workout program from last year into a free downloadable program that all my email subscribers got.
I've had some pretty crazy feedback on it.
