DHL is the worst shipping company period. I received more than 100 packages from all around the world. The only shipping companies that do not know how to deal with customs and shipping are DHL and FedEx. They always complicate where there is no problem. And they deliver beat up packages. UPS and national post are probably the best shipping companies out there. Just so you know which option to take next time you need shipping services...
