I see the same patterns repeatedly in growing companies:
• the founder becomes the decision point for everything
• standards rise but authority isn’t redistributed

The problems I see most often when women try to scale are structural:
• everything still routes through the founder

From my TedX Berlin talk... Monoculture ultimately must collapse because it doesn't thrive.

The ideal worker does not conceive, does not get pregnant, does not have babies, does not breastfeed, does not have a post-partum body, and does not have perimenopause.

That is the model we are measured against.

On a personal note - to stand with a group of powerful women and hear them say aloud, “I am a powerful woman,” is a feeling like no other.


"I am a powerful woman."

"I am a powerful woman."

It was grounding.

Always uncomfortable at first. Inevitably it becomes emotional. And, eventually, it simply becomes fact.

What struck me most across the sessions in Davos was the depth of listening, the honesty in the room, and the way the conversation shifted as we moved from a women-only space into a mixed leadership group.

People really do care about women in the workplace. Security, access to funding, maternity leave, representation, power, responsibility, the systems themselves - these points came up again and again.

This is why I wanted to reimagine the world for women in the first place - as a lived, collective exercise in how we listen, lead, and build together.

A huge thank you again to the talented people I shared this with - Stephan Balzer and, from Dandelion, Katy Green and Kelly Kagan Law - and, of course, the unDavos Summit itself for facilitating us bringing together so much great minds in one room.

And thank you as well - for reading this post and playing a part in WCorp's mission to transform global business practice.

For any and all women reading this, here's my challenge to you.

Tell someone, today, "I am a powerful woman." You can even tell me!! But tell SOMEONE.

I keep catching myself pausing this week….just to take it in.


At the very end of 2025, I stood on the TEDx Berlin stage, sharing ideas that have lived inside me for years. Ideas about power, responsibility, and why women so often carry the weight of organisations without the authority to change them.


A month later, I found myself co-hosting conversations at unDavos, surrounded by people who are actively re-imagining how leadership, capital and systems could work better for more of us.

And now this.

Being named one of the Top 100 Influential People of 2026 has stopped me in my tracks.

This recognition is about the work I have chosen to commit my life to. Building WCorp. Challenging workplaces to do better by women. Creating structures that move beyond good intentions and into real, measurable change. Pushing for investment systems that finally see women-led businesses as worthy of capital and scale.

There have been moments on this journey where it would have been easier to soften the message, to make it more palatable, to stay quieter. I didn’t. And I won’t.

So when an award like this lands, it feels less like a personal milestone and more like a signal. That the conversations we are having matter. That the work is landing. That momentum is building.

2026 is already unfolding with power, purpose and pace….and we are only just getting started!!

Thank you to everyone who has challenged me, backed me, questioned me, and walked alongside me on this journey. This one is shared.

Onwards… always.
