A wonderful learning experience today!

It was a privilege to organize and facilitate a Hands-on Workshop on Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) in collaboration with the Department of Biotechnology, Himalayan White House International College.

The workshop introduced undergraduate biotechnology students to the fundamentals of modern computational drug discovery, covering topics including:
🔹 Bioinformatics and biological databases
🔹 Protein structure visualization
🔹 Homology modeling
🔹 ADMET prediction and QSAR
🔹 Molecular docking
🔹 Live demonstrations and interactive discussions

It was inspiring to see the enthusiasm, curiosity, and active participation of the students throughout the session. We hope this workshop has encouraged many of them to explore computational biology and drug discovery as future career and research paths.

Our sincere thanks to the Department of Biotechnology and Himalayan White House International College for the invitation, excellent coordination, and warm hospitality. We also appreciate all the students who made the session engaging with their thoughtful questions and participation.

Looking forward to conducting more such workshops and contributing to the growth of computational life sciences in Nepal.
