I finally have the words… or maybe I don’t, but I’ll try.
The Multiwoman Conference 2026 - UNLEASH is over, but I don’t think it has truly ended… not in my heart, and definitely not in the lives of the women who were in that room.
For months, this vision stretched me; kept me awake, made me question everything and at some points, I began to wonder if I had taken on more than I could handle.
Actually, I did. I should have known that God has a record of blowing things out of proportion for me in the most beautiful ways🤦♀️😄 oh, I should have known! Somehow… piece by piece… everything started coming together. Every single time we visited the hall before the day of the conference, I would look at the magnitude of the space and pinch myself again🙆♀️ Mary, are you sure? I must have asked my husband one day- Babe, will people come? Will this hall be filled?
Well, the day came. Got to the hall and met people already arriving. The weather was perfect! Not a single rain drop. At about 9:00am, people were already seated. My husband came and whispered: Babe, we need to start o, people are here already.
Standing on that podium, looking into a room filled with women; hungry for growth, ready for more, open to becoming…. Kai! it did something to me.
It reminded me why I started this eight years ago at just 25. It brought back the memories of the very first event I held in that hall at Yabatech. I just wanted to create a space where women could come together to learn from each other, listen to each other’s stories, light each other’s candle and keep the fire burning in our various corners.
18th of April, 2026 reminded me again of my very essence; not just to gather a crowd, but to sow a seed that would outlive me.
This is me saying Thank You again to every single person who made this possible! Our speakers, volunteers, team members, partners and sponsors, participants from all over!! Thank you for making this possible.
This is surely the beginning of something even greater and I am excited for what’s to come, because God is with us.
My heart is full and I am grateful.

A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of sitting as a panelist at the Young Adults’ Church @faithchurchakoka conversation on Handling Manipulation and Gaslighting in Close Relationships.
It was one of those meaningful conversations that go beyond speaking; it was honest, necessary, and deeply empowering. We unpacked how emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and healthy boundaries can help people see themselves clearly and navigate relationships with confidence and emotional safety.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to conversations that heal, enlighten, and strengthen people.

Earlier today at Jobbermanyouth.ng.
When I left the banking industry in 2020, after working for close to seven years, the only things I could fall back on were the digital skills I had learnt while on the job. I had done a lot of trainings with some of my friends who were fully milking the good of the digital economy and even though I was scared, I did it afraid and never regretted. Covid happened and organizations began laying off staff members; there was panic and people began to learn digital skills. No one wanted to be left behind.
Guess what I did. I packaged all I had learnt and began to train people who were interested. Simple things as smartphone graphics, photo editing, video editting… name it! I knew them so well and taught them others. My whatsapp groups were always filled. I could tell you for a fact that the money I made that period set me off to a great start. I bought my first laptop and went fully into digital operations. That decision is still one of the best I have made in my career.
Today, @jobbermanyouth.ng invited me to come teach on “Creating and Selling Value Digitally” and I shared what has worked for me, some mistakes I made and how to avoid them and many more. I didn’t hold back, I promise.
