Create a weekly rhythm with your younger kids that honors your energy. You don’t have to parent at 25‑year‑old speed. Some days call for structure, and some days call for grace and both are valid.
Your kids don’t need a superhuman version of you; they need the version that’s steady, loving, and sustainable.

Love isn’t tough. As a matter of fact, I need to write a strongly worded letter to the persons who created that ignorant phrase, but let me focus on the task at hand. Today, it’s all about consistency and discipline.
So many of us are currently knee deep in change, and it’s coming from all sides. There is a want to do better, but it can feel as if it’s just not possible. Consistency is built in tiny steps. One email. One page. One task. One moment of courage. Change is a marathon. Find your pace and settle in. Let today be a small but meaningful move toward what you want.
Discipline doesn’t have to be harsh, which is why I always say to give yourself space and grace. So here is the Monday Message Challenge: choose one small action that moves your dream forward. Just one. No more. No less.

Despite being an early riser and a night owl, I do believe in a consistent night routine to get the brain to stop humming. Beyond washing the face and adding a nightcream, I also meditate.
Reset your nighttime routine this week: cleanse, moisturize, and take one intentional moment of stillness. Maybe it's journaling, meditating, or reading a book. One action can make all the difference.
