1. Product Description

The veneer dryer is the main equipment for producing plywood, also called the roller type veneer dryer. The moisture content of
the veneers that have just been cut down is very high. The veneer dryer is mainly used for the drying of veneers. It is conomical
and

reduces the moisture content of the veneers by means of the least loss of the plates.The process of making it meet the process
requirements. The veneer dryer is composed of a transmission chamber, a drying chamber, a cooling chamber and so on.

This series of roller dryer is one of the main machines in plywood production line. It is very suitable for wet clipping
processing and drying thick veneer.

Advantage: New technology and advanced PLC controlling system have been used for effective and quality drying veneers with lower
energy consumption.




2. This machine is a main equipment to produce plywood and it is adopted to dry core veneers after clipping.

3.Veneer dryer machine is mainly used to dry the core veneer to solve high moisture content problem after peeling.
The machine can dry veneers of various thickness and moisture contents. Any wood spices can be dried in this machine.
It is especially suitable for the drying of thick veneers(1-6mm).

Roller-type veneer dryer. This type's best working thickness is above 1.5mm, it is mainly used for core veneer drying. The core veneer will go through two rollers space, and the roller will press and drive the veneer moving, it will make the veneer flatter after drying. Roller type veneer dryer is a suitable high capacity factory, the drying length, and layer quantity are all customized according to customers’ capacity request and workshop size. Of course, this roller dryer price is also higher compared with other models of core veneer dryer, so it is a good choice for high-quality core veneer.
