I read somewhere the other day where someone was saying that the Akashic records go against God and what the Bible says.

I used to think that too.
But the deeper I studied Scripture, prayer, discernment, spiritual warfare, generational cycles, and the Book of Life… the more I began to realize something:

God reveals truth in layers.
The Bible speaks about spiritual discernment constantly.
It speaks about unseen battles.
About bondage.
About reaping what we sow.
About spiritual gifts.
About wisdom.
About hidden things being brought into the light.

That is the lens through which I understand the Akashic Records.
Not as worship.
Not as replacing God.
Not as “new age.”
As spiritual insight ~ the ability to recognize the deeper patterns, wounds, soul ties, and cycles influencing a person’s life so healing can finally begin.

Some people stay trapped for decades repeating the same relationships, the same pain, the same emotional suffering, never realizing there is often a deeper spiritual root attached to it.
Prayer opened my eyes to that.
Not social media.
Not trends.
Prayer.
And once God reveals truth to you, it becomes impossible to unsee it.

That’s why I approach this work carefully, prayerfully, and through faith first.
Because real healing is not just physical.
Sometimes God is trying to heal the soul too.

The warmer season invites reflection… not just upon our health, but on how we live, nourish, and honor life itself. 🌿☀️

As we move into summer… into barbecues, gatherings, and celebration… I keep coming back to a simple question:

What are we really choosing when we put something on our plate?

Around the holidays, I shared a blog titled “9 Sentient Beings You Should Never Eat.”
Not to shock. Not to shame. But to awaken something deeper… compassion.

Because when we truly understand, food stops being just fuel.
It becomes a moral choice… a spiritual choice… a health choice.

I went vegan nearly three decades ago… not for ethics at first, but for vanity. Life had bigger lessons waiting. I realized something simple but profound…I would never put my dog on my plate… so why would I put any sentient being there?
That realization changed everything.
My health. My intuition. My relationship with food. My connection to life itself.

Because intelligence, empathy, memory, and emotion are not exclusive to humans.
🐙 Octopuses solve puzzles and escape captivity.🐖 Pigs are smarter than young children and form deep emotional bonds.🐄 Cows grieve.🐔 Chickens recognize faces.🐑 Sheep form friendships.🐟 Fish feel pain.🐬 Dolphins communicate in complex languages.🐇 Rabbits are playful and emotionally aware.🐘 Elephants remember… love… and mourn… yet are still harmed for things as trivial as ivory.

Let that land.

This is why conscious eating is at the heart of my work. When we choose plant-based nourishment, we don’t just protect animals…
We reduce inflammation…Lighten the nervous system…And elevate how we feel~physically, emotionally, energetically.

So as you head into summer gatherings, ask yourself:What kind of energy do I want to bring to the table?
Because every choice is a vote…
For the world we want to live in. 🌎✨

Memorial Day has always meant something deeply personal to me. 🇺🇸✨

My Grandpa Lawrence fought in World War I.
My Uncle Mac served our country.
My cousin Larry served as well.

So when I think about Memorial Day, I don’t just think about a long weekend. I think about sacrifice. I think about courage. I think about the brave men and women who gave their lives so future generations could live with freedom.

One of the freedoms I’m most grateful for is the freedom to think critically, ask questions, speak openly, and make personal choices for my own body and life without fear.

Whether we agree on everything or not, freedom itself is sacred. And there are families all across this country who paid the ultimate price for us to have it.
Today I remember them.
Today I honor them.
And today I say thank you. ❤️🤍💙
