An incredible journey, 16 years onsite and 6 years online!!
16th anniversary Sivananda Yogalife
With the blessings of my gurus and teachers, I feel deeply grateful and overjoyed to celebrate 16 years of nurturing and growing our yoga centre, Sivananda Yogalife.
My journey began in 2007 with my own practice of yoga. Over time, I experienced profound transformation, both physically and mentally, which inspired me to take this path further. With the encouragement of my teacher and my own passion, I pursued the Teachers’ Training Course at the Sivananda Ashram in Neyyar Dam, Kerala. It was truly a life-changing experience.
After completing my training, the Sivananda Vedanta Centre in Delhi gave me the opportunity to refine my teaching skills and share this beautiful practice. In 2010, alongside teaching there, I took a heartfelt step forward and started my own yoga centre.
I’m also happy to share that our online classes, which began after the pandemic, have been thriving for the past 6 years, connecting with students across continents and bringing yoga into homes around the world.
A heartfelt thank you to all my teachers for their guidance and wisdom, and to every student who has trusted me with their practice. Your dedication and commitment inspire me every single day. You are the heart of this journey and the reason it continues to grow.
From the mat to the screen, every class has been a gift. Together, we carry forward the timeless spirit of yoga into the future.
Dear subscribers and viewers, you are a great support to our you tube channel. Thank you. Your wishes and blessings are very important to us to keep us going!
love you all!!
