Jen Manske Fenske is a poet and novelist who started writing songs in 2024 when she found herself with a drawer full of rejected poems. Her influences include Phoebe Bridgers, Swimming Bell, The Softies, Big Thief, Liz Phair, Taylor Swift, Horsegirl, The Cranberries, HAIM, Mitski, The Breeders, Camera Obscura, and 10,000 Maniacs.

Jen has received grant support from the South Carolina Arts Commission and the Metropolitan Arts Council.
