Ministry is a constant learning process, but what happens when you find yourself no longer growing? Here are some signs to look for:


📷 Repeating Yourself: Are sermons and meetings feeling the same? This could indicate a plateau in your growth.


📷 Comfort Over Excitement: If you’re more comfortable than challenged, growth is likely stifled.


📷 Lack of Curiosity: Have you stopped seeking new ideas? A decline in innovation could mean you’ve maxed out your learning opportunities.

Remember, outgrowing a role isn’t a failure—it’s part of leadership development. Here’s what to do if you're feeling stagnant:


📷 Evaluate Your Growth: Reflect on when you last felt challenged. Are you learning or just going through the motions?


📷 Seek New Learning Opportunities: Before deciding to leave, look for ways to grow. Consider attending conferences, starting new initiatives, or seeking mentorship.


📷 Pray for Clarity: Take your feelings to God. Ask for wisdom about whether to stay and grow or to transition to something new.
