As a kid, success meant becoming a cricketer, an actor… someone famous…
But growing up teaches you a different truth.
Fame fades. External validation is a trap. And money, while important, can never replace peace or happiness.
Real success is much simpler —
doing what you genuinely love ❤️
creating something meaningful 📚
and being surrounded by people who truly wish well for you ✨
Grateful for this journey.

No certification, placement, or career journey happens overnight.
It’s always:
- One lecture.
- One mock test.
- One rejection.
- One improvement.
- One step at a time.
Progress > Perfection ❤️

Here is a quick cheat sheet to level up...next stop - C suite :))
(yes, you are welcome!) :P
I studied the top 10 CEOs globally, realized an interesting pattern in growth, took help from Gen-AI to decode a framework to make sure - we can replicate the pattern...and here is something you need to measure, ask yourselves these questions every 6 months...
1. Am I stepping out of my comfort zone?
2. What new skills or knowledge have I gained recently?
3. Am I surrounding myself with people who inspire and challenge me?
4. How am I handling setbacks or failures?
5. Am I consistently working toward my goals?
6. What habits am I building, and are they serving my growth?
7. Am I staying curious and open-minded?
8. How have I improved my emotional intelligence and relationships?
9. Am I taking care of my physical, mental, and emotional well-being?
10. What legacy am I building, and am I proud of it?
I am sure, in the long term if we collect this data - it will show us, in a realistic sense, what we did in life to make great stuff happen!

First Principles Thinking!
Something that is highly underrated but super-effective!
When I entered the educational sector, all I could think about coming up with something new! Not for the sake of typical hype, but genuinely in terms of learning effectiveness...
This led me to study some interesting education systems - not just in startup ecosystems, but even some traditional institutes around the world...
Can't wait to try it out! :))
(During my first job, as an analyst at Deutsche Bank, one of my managers- Arati Tapse- gave me a million-dollar advice - "Aditya when you see a problem, there are two possibilities, either run away or convert this challenge into an opportunity! Running away is easy...and it is comfortable to pick easy, but if you want to go somewhere in life, always pick the difficult...")

Something so simple yet so powerful!
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail." - B Franklin
I always planned, but interestingly, none of the plans came through...
As a kid, I planned to become a great cricketer (next Sachin...)
As a teenager, it was all about becoming a Bollywood star...(next Hritik)
As a college grad, 'Hedge Fund Manager' and "Investment Banker' were my ultimate goals...(next Bobby Axelrod / Ray Dalio - iykyk)
And when I entered my mid-twenties, it was all about entrepreneurship...
Entering my late 20s now, I have entered a phase where I am well aware that anything I plan or strategies might not work out, but honestly, all I care about is giving my 100%, getting my best attempt on the table with an effortful 'TRY'!
Looking back at all the things tried, and facing some glorified failures, all I could feel is - grateful...Over time, I have realized that the 'journey' has a much better ROI than the success or failure tag!
