No streams this weekend. I’m busy throughout. I will try to stream sometime on the weekdays as a chance to catch up on the lost time. Take this weekend to destress and relax, the Customs have been heavy on us all, and I look forward to cleaner/happier customs next week.
Last couple of streams have gotten controversial and toxic. Controversial in that a part of the community dislikes the ability to pre-set squads (ultimately making winning chances near slim for most), whereas another part of the community argues that the ability to pre-set squads is completely fair for competition as well as a great chance to play amongst friends. Both arguments are completely valid, and as the host of the customs, I'm honestly right in the middle of this argument. Yes I am part of the community that usually gets smoked in the Customs, but I absolutely agree and understand the pre-set squads' reason(s). As for the controversy (and thus the toxicity), I am enforcing a compromise going forward. From here on out, I will continue to host 3 Reload matches, but there'll only be one squads game (in order, Reload would progress: SOLOS/DUOS/SQUADS) as opposed to the usual system (SOLOS OR DUOS / SQUADS / SQUADS). This compromise confirms that:
• Pre-set squads still receive two Reload matches of multiplayer gameplay AS WELL AS the same quantity of pure PVP / foundational Fortnite competition per custom. • Casual / non pre-set squads have more fighting chance, but still the ability to play multiplayer PVP, progressively.
I also considered hosting 2 Reload matches (SOLOS / SQUADS) instead, but I understand that might be way too favored towards the non pre-set squads / casuals. We will experiment with that as more streams release, otherwise the focus will center on (SOLOS / DUOS / SQUADS / MINIGAME / H&S). As per the drama on 06/14/26 Custom Stream: between the two rivalry teams during the Pickaxe Only / H&S, neither team purposely meant to fire shots. One team perceived the other griefing, when really, they were defending themself against a third-party griefer. The drama only escalated when the community and involved members interpreted this battle as a direct response to the controversy listed above.
Griefing in general has been getting worse on streams, and I'd appreciate any Creative map recommendations when player counts get too high. If you suggest a map, please ensure the map can hold over 24 max players. These maps should focus more on minigames and H&S. If you've read this far, thank you for reading, and I hope Customs going forward promote respect and pure fun for us all.
The Battle Bus Snipe Video is complete, sort of... No script or editing started, but the calculator has been refined according to my simulation on UEFN. The results are fascinating: the calculated yaw and pitch from the calculator are accurate to the in-game sniping procedure. All values are equivalent from calculator to in-game. All I'm waiting on is for Fortnite to put snipers back on spawn island. I've been obsessed with building this calculator, creating the simulation, and building data points for over 6 months now. I've learned a lot (ballistics, methodologies, Excel, etc.), and I'm excited to start scripting the video and snipe the actual Battle Bus (when Fortnite brings it back)... It's been an insane journey, and I can't wait to explore the journey in the next video release. This is the longest I've ever worked on a video, easily over 50 hours of building the calculator/simulator, and collecting data. • 25 Bus Path Samples to TEST, CONFIRM, and PREPARE for when snipers come back to Spawn island
• Calculator is basically complete. Used a UEFN Simulation to detect the Pitch Lead calculator is wrong. Need to redo calculations regarding the: sniper speed, gravity constant, bullet drop positional/angular displacement, meters per tick.
• 10+ Hours of learning UEFN and Verse (coding language) later, a simulation for the bus snipe is complete. Biggest shoutouts to Gemini, @howtwoboss , @takengrace for (respectively) helping with Verse Code, implementing a functioning bus and teaching basic UEFN functions, and creating the Compass HUD system. I already had a feeling my sniper speed, gravity constant, and bullet drop was wrong, but this simulator helped confirm that.

I know a lot of our closest members of the community can't make it on Sunday Mornings. I've discovered a new time-slot: 1PM-3PM EST Customs. Vote on the poll for either 1PM-3PM or 3PM-5PM, tomorrow.
I'm at an all time low for content creation, and it's because Fortnite can't add snipers back to Spawn Island (pls support the cause 🥀). I'm spamming Fortnite about this everyday.
