Did you know your brain has a filter called the RAS (Reticular Activating System)? It decides what you pay attention to.

That’s why when you think about buying a red car, you suddenly see red cars everywhere.

This is where visualisation becomes so powerful. When you imagine your wish clearly, using pictures, feelings, and affirmations, you’re training your RAS to focus on opportunities, people, and ideas that match what you desire.

In NLP and hypnotherapy, we use this technique to tap into the subconscious mind and help reprogram it for success. The more you visualise, the more your brain starts working with you to make it real.

Hey guys, this week’s meditation is about affirmations.

Are you aware of the power of affirmation?

I want to share something personal with you. For a long time, I used to believe that success was for other people, not for me. I carried so many limiting beliefs that held me back, like:

“What if I fail?” → shifted into “But what if I succeed?”

“What if I’m not good enough?” → shifted into “What if I am more than enough?”

“What if people don’t like me?” → shifted into “What if the right people love and accept me just as I am?”

When I began practising daily affirmations, these thoughts started to change. Slowly, I began to see my life move in a more positive direction.

Affirmations are more than just words; they have the power to rewire your brain’s neuro-pathways, shifting your thoughts in a way that changes your feelings, your actions, and ultimately your results.

By practising affirmations daily, you raise your frequency and open yourself to manifest gratitude, joy, happiness, love, abundance, and so much more. It’s like giving your mind a fresh map that guides you toward the life you truly want.
